  I purchased a vehicle three days later and decided to store it in the garage. The worker who was supposed to deliver it to me didn't know how to get it out carefully and scratched it on the side. I filled out the claim, and the person in charge of the place rudely told me that it had nothing to do with those things that "someone" would call me. When I asked him when I should expect the call, he said he didn't know it could be two or three weeks. I have tried to communicate in different ways, and speaking to anyone has not been possible; the voice messages are full. My only alternative is to leave my comment here, but I am afraid they will dare to leave me the exact number where they do not answer. I think it's not fair when you don't try to avoid problems by not answering calls. I am just trying to find solutions, but they are unwilling to. They could at least make the minimum effort to contact people after making the complaint to show a minimum of respect towards their clients.

  Very rude and disrespectful attendant. No one was there when I entered the garage. Attendant came after couple of minutes and rolled his eyes when I presented my booking information. Very bad communication when it comes to explaining things for a person parking for the first time at this place. Unpleasant experience as a whole.

  My husband and I have been using this garage prior to Laz Parking taking over. We had a great experience. Laz took over last year and all we have gotten is rude and disrespectful attendants, higher rates, and no one to speak to. All communication is done by email, hope someone answers back. This area does not have many indoor parking but we have decided to end our contract. This level of rudeness on a daily basis is too much especially when you’re paying close to $400.00 a month.
