  Warning if booking on spot hero. Don’t prepay the SUV charge as they won’t accept when it’s prepaid in the app. Just book the cheap rate and pay the oversized fee at the garage. I showed my receipt and that the charge at the garage was only applicable if car type was not added and it was added. They refused and wouldn’t get my car out until I paid an additional $30. I’ll add that our booking was from 12:30 one day till 3:30. We arrived at 12:45 and picked up our car at 1pm the next day. They were also charging me for 2 full days of the SUV charge. A racket! They were rude and wouldn’t even discuss with spot hero or read what was booked. They are also way overcrowded and understaffed for a weekend. It took them over an hour to get our car out and there was only one person waiting in front of us. I feel sorry for those waiting behind us as I’m sure they were there for hours.

  This man is insanely disrespectful. We never received a ticket, but had a QR code on our phones already paid in full. He made us pay an additional $30 when we already paid the $30 for the large vehicle because he did not understand his own policys of his job. We will not ever be returning. Disrespectful and not willing to work with us. Horrible person.

  Never, ever use this parking garage or ANY Laz Parking garage, for that matter. I made an advance reservation that was supposed to cover 3 days for $164. When I arrived, I was told by the attendant that the or lot was full and I was out of luck. He could not refund my payment there and I was told I needed to call the number. The number listed for this particular garage is no longer active. When you call the Lax national line, they tell you that you need to email. I was told that if I emailed the garage directly, I would get a response and be refunded within 24-48 hours. Well, it's now 3 business days later and they have not responded to any of the 3 emails I've sent. I called the national number again; they gave me a number specific to the NY/NJ area. Every single number that is part of that phone tree goes straight to voicemail. I have now had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Least professional business ever.

  This is by far one of the most unacceptable and untrustworthy experiences I have ever had with a parking garage. If I could give zero stars, I would. I parked my car at Laz garage and left it there for 3 days, yet somehow my car received a parking ticket on a day I never removed it. The only logical explanation is that someone at Laz took my car out without my knowledge or consent. That is not just careless, it is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. To make matters worse, I have called multiple times and sent several emails trying to get an explanation, and I have been completely ignored. No response, no accountability, nothing. That level of customer service is appalling. When customers leave their vehicles with a garage, there is an expectation of basic security and professionalism. Instead, what I experienced was negligence, a complete lack of transparency, and now a refusal to even acknowledge the issue. At this point, I am left dealing with a ticket I did not incur, with zero support from Laz. I would strongly caution anyone against using this garage if they expect their vehicle to be handled responsibly or their concerns to be taken seriously

  TL;DR: the parking attendants here will go through stuff you leave in your car and use it maliciously. I had a credit card hidden in the center console of my car. Yes, I know, I forgot to take it with me and it was a stupid lack of common sense for exactly the reason I'm about to describe. One of the parking attendants went rummaging around in my stuff, found the card, and took it for a joyride at 3AM. They used it at Chelsea Papaya and Sharks Pool Club. They also tried to buy a bunch of gift cards on various websites. Fortunately, my card (which I immediately canceled upon waking up to a pile of alerts) flagged this all as fraudulent and none of the charges cleared. When I picked up my car the card was back, but in the wrong spot.
