We chose this parking as it had one of the "best" scores in GMaps. Booked through SpotHero. Fortunately, all went really smoothly, not a single problem encountered. We presented the QR code upon arriving to the car park, and they handed us a ticket that we would have to present when picking up the car the following day. We gave them the keys and left. The following day everything went as they explained us: we presented the ticket they gave us, scanned a QR code they indicated on a screen and our car was lifted down and given back to us. No extra charges, everything was flawless. I recommend this parking when parking in Manhattan. It definitely isn't cheap, but it wasn't the most expensive by any means and most importantly, the experience was good.

We were charged an extra $25 because one was considered oversized. When we asked how one of the cars is considered oversized when they are the same size the manager was dodging the question and told us to refer to the policy. Could not explain in the moment why and did not know which car was oversized.
