Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. I drove in from Boston on August 17th, 2026, around 5:00 PM on a hotel recommendation. Due to a lack of clear signage regarding valet-only rules, I drove to the 3rd floor to self-park. A staff member approached us with extreme hostility. Even after I apologized, explained we were out-of-town visitors, and offered to move immediately, he began screaming at us to "get out". Despite my attempt to stay calm and de-escalate the situation, he continued to yell and hostilely follow my car all the way to the exit. The level of aggression made me feel unsafe in my vehicle. I left immediately and will never return or recommend this facility. I strongly request that management review the footage from August 17th at 5:00 PM and address this employee's behavior. Aggressive conduct like this toward customers is completely unacceptable, and had I not left immediately, I would have had to involve the police for our safety.

Would not recommend this facility. > The day and night shifts clearly operate under completely different rules, leading to massive confusion and frustration for customers. > I booked via SpotHero, scanned my QR code on entry, and was instructed by daytime staff that no physical ticket was needed—just to scan the QR code again at pickup. However, when I went to pick up my car at 9:30 PM, the attendant, aggressively demanded a physical ticket and refused to accept my SpotHero reservation. He continued to argue with me and claimed I couldn't prove my car was parked there, despite my valid booking. > Luckily, another employee came out of the office, understood the mistake, had me fill out a form, and released my car. > The lack of proper training and inconsistent procedures across shifts make using this location a nightmare. Avoid this lot if you want a hassle-free parking experience.

UPDATE JUNE 21: The response to this review from LAZ was for optics only. My emails have gone unanswered for 3 weeks. We reserved a spot and prepaid for theater on a Sunday. Upon arrival, I was not able to scan the barcode and a man came over to help me. He took my phone and handed it back and did not give me a ticket. I didn't think it was strange because I prepaid and scanned in so I didn't ask. The garage says "valet only' but you have to drive up to the second floor and park on the opposite side of the garage from the elevators so if you have mobility issues don't think you are getting out on ground level and walking onto the street. When we went to pick up the car, we were met with the most outrageously unprofessional attendant who refused to believe that we didn't have a ticket and accused us of lying. "It's called lying, what you are doing. I saw you come in and I saw the attendant hand you a ticket" I was on the phone with my daughter by this time waiting for her to come pick us up at the theater. Reportedly, we were lying to get out of paying the fine for a lost ticket and caused a problem for them because they didn't know how much to charge us. Sir, we prepaid for 8 hours, we are early and we scanned in when we got here at 1pm. Here is the reciept and don't try me with you remember me from 7 hours ago in the theater district and seeing someone hand specifically me, a parking ticket. The attendant refused to get the car and told a woman alone she would have to come into the office with him to resolve this. He was told that wasn't happening as he was threatening and combative and actually yelling and noone was going in a room alone with him. So he said "If you want your car you will come in." After refusing to enter the office and asking for the manager's name we were told he was the manager and then he brought us the wrong car, same make and model but not our vehicle. Then we were asked to fill out paperwork describing items in the glove box and trunk despite showing him emails, recipts, bar codes all including the rest of the information including make, model, license plate. It was over a half an hour ordeal to get the car during which I considered calling the police twice when he was yelling and would not release the vehicle. We have not been able to get anyone on the phone in corporate in NY or CT where the home office is. Emails went unanswered and that attendant is not stable enough for employment or safe for women parking there. We continue to try to reach someone.

Be careful to take everything out of your car before you go to this parking garage! I drive a Ford F150 and expected to pay extra for an oversized vehicle, and I get that to maximize the number of vehicles the parking garage can accommodate, spacing is tight, What I didn’t expect is to have an employee search through my center console. Whoever did it didn’t know I position the removable holder in a certain way and there was a notebook on top of my bible that was beneath it when I picked up the truck. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I was home. I tipped even the attendant who brought it back, but felt sick that someone blatantly went through my vehicle. I guess this happens a lot at parking garages so they all tell you to remove personal belongings. My truck IS my personal belongings ..
