  Be careful to take everything out of your car before you go to this parking garage! I drive a Ford F150 and expected to pay extra for an oversized vehicle, and I get that to maximize the number of vehicles the parking garage can accommodate, spacing is tight, What I didn’t expect is to have an employee search through my center console. Whoever did it didn’t know I position the removable holder in a certain way and there was a notebook on top of my bible that was beneath it when I picked up the truck. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I was home. I tipped even the attendant who brought it back, but felt sick that someone blatantly went through my vehicle. I guess this happens a lot at parking garages so they all tell you to remove personal belongings. My truck IS my personal belongings ..

  This has been my go-to garage in the theatre district for several years and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, it was recently taken over by LAZ and while the staff remains, they have changed their ticketing system and it’s awful. There are no clear instructions on how to use a SpotHero reservation, and there is always a problem retrieving the car because the system doesn’t seem to send a message to retrieve the car. (The system is completely automated.) Similarly, checking in the car takes a lot of time because the attendants have to enter so much information and take many pictures of the car and license plate. Last night, when I arrived to retrieve the car, the doors were locked and there was an instruction to scan your ticket for entrance. But the scanner wasn’t working. So I had to call for assistance and someone came to open the door. LAZ took a great garage and broke it.

  I had a great experience with LAZ Parking at Edison ParkFast. We were in New York working around Times Square and had a really hard time finding parking, especially with oversized vehicles. Street parking just wasn’t realistic for us. Luckily, we found this place and it worked out perfectly. They offered a great 12-hour daily rate, which helped us a lot while we were on the job. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and easy to work with. What stood out the most was how careful they were with the vehicles—they take photos before and after to make sure everything is documented and protected, which gave us peace of mind. Solid service, good people, and they really take care of your car. I’ll definitely be coming back in the next couple of weeks and bringing more of our vehicles with me. Highly recommend 👍
