  I parked at this garage for the first time last night and had a very disappointing experience. Since I was unfamiliar with the ticket intake process, I asked the attendant for clarification. Instead of providing basic customer service, the attendant (a dark-skinned gentleman wearing a head wrap) responded with hostility, aggression, and an argumentative attitude. I was simply trying to understand the parking procedure, yet I felt like I was being treated as though I had done something wrong. It seemed as if he was taking out personal frustrations on a paying customer who was asking a reasonable question. Customer service matters, especially for a business that relies on repeat customers. Unfortunately, this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning. As someone who lives in the area, I also won’t be recommending this garage to friends, family, or visitors. There are plenty of other parking options nearby where customers are treated with basic respect. Based on this experience, I’d rather risk a $115 parking ticket or a $45 meter violation than spend my money here again.

  My car was just retrieved and immediately I noticed the front lip was hanging off and my bumper is scratched. Since parking in this garage, this is the second time an incident has occurred. First, they crashed into my car with another vehicle! It’s bad enough that the scanner never works while trying to get into the garage. You have to wait 15+ minutes when picking up your car too. Since the transition to LAZ, everything has gone downhill. This place is not worth the money…how crazy is it to be worried every time you retrieve your car? In a garage that you’re paying hundreds of dollars for, per month? I’m searching for a new garage, these people are careless with your vehicle and time. It’s unacceptable!!!

  We’ve been members for two weeks and I do not recommend this garage. We usually have to wait an average of 10 to 15 minutes to get our car. I’m here right now on a Sunday and there’s no one working, so we are basically SOL.

  Réservation et stationnement très faciles (durée de 6 jours), le garage est bien situé et l’accès s’est fait sans problème. Cependant, je suis un peu déçu car le site indique la présence de bornes de recharge pour voitures électriques, ce qui était la raison principale pour laquelle j’ai choisi ce parking. Sur place, aucune recharge n’était proposée. Hormis ce point, l’expérience s’est bien passée, mais il serait important de mettre à jour les informations sur les équipements pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.
