  My favorite parking garage in the area! Parking and getting your car is always so quick and easy, which makes such a difference in NYC. Georges is always so helpful, friendly, and efficient. Great service every time! Highly recommend!

  I park at this garage almost every day and have always had a good experience. Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful and always takes care of me. Georges especially is great, always goes out of his way to help and is a really nice guy. Definitely appreciate him and all the other workers here. Great garage and great staff.

  If you have been unable to retrieve your car from this garage despite having a photo of your ticket and proof of ownership, you can file a private garage complaint through NYC 311 or DCWP. It is against the law for a private garage to refuse to release your car despite payment and documentation. This business WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. Don’t be like us and ignore the negative reviews! The phone number listed on the sign outside the garage is DISCONNECTED and the number on their Google Maps listing is NEVER ANSWERED. Voicemail box is FULL, so you can’t leave a message. Just an awful, awful experience. If you don’t have your paper ticket with you, they will not give you your car, even if you can prove ownership. Have never experienced anything like this before. If this has happened to you—please file a complaint with the city.

  Joseph was absolutely outstanding! From the moment me and my daughter arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to make the parking experience easy and stress-free, and his positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their job and genuinely cares about the people they’re helping.
