  I have been parking at this garage for only a month and a week, and during that short time I have already experienced three major issues with management. The first time, the gate would not open even though I had an active monthly account, and I was charged anyway instead of having the issue resolved. The second time, I was forced to wait nearly 50 minutes for my car while I could literally see it sitting there. No one from management was willing to explain the reason for the delay or tell me when I would be able to get my vehicle. The third time, management decided to cancel my monthly parking account, claiming that I was being “aggressive” simply because I asked reasonable questions about why I had to wait almost an hour for my car. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall treatment of paying customers have been extremely disappointing. If this is how monthly customers are treated, I can only imagine how occasional customers are treated. I would strongly recommend looking for another parking garage. There are plenty of other options that value their customers and provide much better service
