Very straightforward. The attendants made me feel safe and my car secure. Going into the city alone can be intimidating and this parking lot makes that part of the trip easy. I would recommend.

The rate was high but it’s New York and also based on how easy and secure it was I believe it was worth it. I scanned a QR code from the Spot Hero app and pulled in. Within 45 seconds an attendant told me to park the car and he would take it from there. He gave me a ticketed receipt said to text the number with my car’s number when I was ready to pick it up. I did that two days later and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. I am definitely happy we chose this spot to park.
