Says they take money differently from other companies and made me use cash instead of inputting the company card for a company van (they had just done this three times). Nice people, but must have physical card.

Steele was incredibly helpful and the lot was great. Felt wicked safe keeping my car here.if a sixth star was an option I would have put 6. Thank you to these folks here in NYC for keeping my car safe.

I’ve kept my BMW X7 at this outdoor lot for five years and have had a great experience. I love knowing my car is in good hands and well cared for. Steele is my favorite employee—he’s always so helpful and friendly. I’m grateful for the excellent service and would absolutely recommend this lot!

I’ve been using this location for years, Steel and Marco are two of the nicest guys I know in the city. Besides the fact that it’s easy in and easy out, they remember there customers, always make a minute or two to talk no matter how busy they are, and never gripe when I leave something behind that I have grab from the car, every day! So park here and say hi to the guys
