  Easy to find, well-lit, and secure. Plenty of space and clear markings. Best parking experience I've had downtown.

  After I paid and took back the car, I kindly requested to stay inside the parking area (enough large area) . He said “No bro, you can’t stay here” . This is just parking area, lots of cars, and it cannot affect the price I paid. Was ridiculous.

  Terrible experience. Literally paid my tickets. Car is waiting here and continued to just make me wait without giving me my key and as new people came. He assisted them and ignored. His name is charlomagne. Terrible service.

  I go to New York so often almost every month but I usually street park and never trusted the whole giving someone your car since a lot of those garages are rated almost always under 3 stars, almost every single one being 2-3 stars. Then come across this place and I see it's 4.9 stars and think "this has to be fake" but I come to the location, Steele I believe is his name, he helped guide everything, from the second I pulled up, he told me what to do, when to do things, and before I could even call or anything, Steele wasn't there but another member of his team was, and the car was pulled up ready to go. I didn't do any app or anything, all I did was tell Steele when I dropped off I'll be back 9:00 and low and behold there was my car right at the front gate. As for location, I mean it's right at the entrance of holland tunnel so it makes for easy on and off travel if you're coming from NJ and want your car trusted and cared for. Great experience, No matter where I am in New York, I'll be sure to park here and just subway if I ever can't find street parking!
