  50 W 44th (3rd floor). Great experience. No waiting. No unexplained or extra charges. All staff were courteous and polite. So much better than Avis or Budget.

  I rented a vehicle in New York with a scheduled return in Boston. Unfortunately, the rental experience fell well below expectations: Upon arriving at the pickup location, there were no clear signs directing customers to the Enterprise office. The vehicle was provided with only a quarter tank of fuel. This was not mentioned by the staff, nor was it noted in the rental documentation provided to me. The windshield wipers made an intolerable noise throughout the trip. In retrospect, I found it concerning that staff members appeared to be discussing whether rain was expected on the drive to Boston, suggesting they may have been aware of the issue. The trunk floor panel had been installed upside down. After correcting it myself, I discovered a significant amount of dog hair underneath, indicating that the vehicle had not been properly cleaned before being rented. I expect rental vehicles to be clean, properly maintained, and accurately documented. I would appreciate your review of these issues and an appropriate response.

  Walked in to get a car- the 2 people there ignored each and every person waiting or coming in. And kept working with the people they were already working on. There were people who called out that they have been waiting from before and nothing! They were not happy about customers calling inwuther and were talking bad about the callers. We just kept waiting and after almost 30 mins one of the reps checked as to what we were waiting on and only to tell us that they did not have any cars to rent out! I wish they had some sense of customer service and actually not made us wait 30 mins to tell us this .

  Reserved the car the night before through their website. Picking the car up went smoothly and was fast. The car was very clean and rode smoothly! No issues with it driving from New York to Wisconsin.

  A lot of Manhattan rentals have a long line. Enterprise is quick and efficient.
