  Great location and staff Cristian always has things under control and everything running smoothly and although he's very good i think he could use more support when a storm or airport changes happen as i witnessed one day and was surprised to find out my reservation wasn't available because he had been swamped with people who had their flight canceled and waiting on cars to be brought in from other locations Christian held his own and should be acknowledged for the work performance and could use more support enterprise please have these locations stocked as it is one of my favorite locations

  My daughter will be attending Drexel University for her master's program, and we were scheduled to visit the campus for a walkthrough. Since I work overnight shifts in the city, I decided to rent a vehicle nearby to avoid heavy traffic. I reserved a standard car, but upon arrival, Mr. Brandon Walden gave me an exceptional welcome. He was incredibly professional, greeted me warmly, and processed my information in no time. After a short walk around the lot, he offered me a Jeep Wrangler. Initially, I turned it down and requested a different vehicle because, in my opinion, these Jeeps are gas guzzlers, have noisy cabins on the highway, and offer a bumpy, cramped ride. However, since I was in a rush to get on the road, I reluctantly agreed to take it. Ultimately, I want to give a huge shout-out to Brandon for his outstanding customer service...! Even though the vehicle wasn't my first choice, his helpful attitude and top-tier service made the entire rental process a breeze. Vehicle details: Black 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Edition (4-door, 4×4) 4 Stars...

  I rented a vehicle in New York with a scheduled return in Boston. Unfortunately, the rental experience fell well below expectations: Upon arriving at the pickup location, there were no clear signs directing customers to the Enterprise office. The vehicle was provided with only a quarter tank of fuel. This was not mentioned by the staff, nor was it noted in the rental documentation provided to me. The windshield wipers made an intolerable noise throughout the trip. In retrospect, I found it concerning that staff members appeared to be discussing whether rain was expected on the drive to Boston, suggesting they may have been aware of the issue. The trunk floor panel had been installed upside down. After correcting it myself, I discovered a significant amount of dog hair underneath, indicating that the vehicle had not been properly cleaned before being rented. I expect rental vehicles to be clean, properly maintained, and accurately documented. I would appreciate your review of these issues and an appropriate response.
