  Great customer service!! It was sooo easy to rent from this place (just make sure you do it well in advance as the inventory gets snatched up!!) Anthony was soo nice & helpful at both pick up and drop off!

  Made a booking with them and they didn’t honor the reservation and also did not provide any type of service to help with the wasted time and effort to come to this location.

  ⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience I waited over 30 minutes at this branch, only to be given a dirty car that was not the vehicle I had rented. When I brought up the issue, I was basically told to figure it out on my own. Then, after already charging my credit card, they canceled my rental and refused to provide service. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This location has gone seriously downhill since the management changed. The customer service and attitude were very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch and hope management takes this situation seriously.
