  This is the most unorganized and unprofessional location. Booked a car a month out and 30 minute before my pickup they called me and told me there will not be a car for me. They said its company policy, nothing they can do. They are allowed to cancel whenever without giving customer notice. They didn't even try to put me into another car or make any arrangement. They provided me with a number for corporate line and said they don't even have a line that can dial the corporate line. I called and both times the rep said a manager will call me back but it was lies. No one ever called back or did anything. Went Avis and got a car next day.

  Everything went smoothly with our car rental and the Enterprise employees were competent, friendly and nice.

  The facility located in Greenwich Village was excellent on all accounts. The manager was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond when we requested to move up our pickup day one day earlier (on Memorial Day Weekend), and Junior was excellent at transporting us to the Chelsea facility to make a switch and grab our rental. All was seemless.
