- NANadav AvisrurSep 19, 20261.0Booked a car with this company a full month in advance for a 9am pickup. We arrived at 10am and were told the reservation had been cancelled because we were "late" — no call, no text, no attempt to check if we were on our way before giving away the car. The manager was rude and completely unhelpful when we tried to explain the situation. A full month of planning, and one hour threw everything off with zero flexibility or communication on their end. If a slight delay is grounds for losing your reservation without warning, that's something customers should know before booking. Avoid unless you're comfortable with zero margin for error and poor customer service when something goes wrong.
- RJrichard joyceAug 31, 20261.0Picked up a vehicle this morning, Ryan an employee parked the car across the street in an illegal parking spot. As I was acclimating to the vehicle, a police officer gave me a ticket. Ryan's response to me was I was responsible for the ticket because he thought I was leaving right away.
