  This Enterprise is exceptional. They called me the day before to confirm my reservation, were super helpful upon arrival and had my vehicle ready to go. Can't recommend this place enough

  Unfortunately had to get a rental after an unexpected fender bender on vacation.Was able to get a rental straight away with no fuss-no muss.Drop off justas easy. Great experience!

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ENTERPRISE!!!!! I rented a car to drive up to Woodstock from this location and the experience was horrible. First, they told me the previous "long term" renter was a smoker and they were airing out the car, but it actually smelled like BO which we realized after we were on the road and had the windows up. We had to drive half the trip with the windows down. We drove straight to the air bnb, parked the car in our private drive, where it stayed for the entire trip. When we returned the car, the Enterprise rep found a tiny scuff mark on the bumper, which I am 100% certain we did not cause. Despite this, they made me make a claim against my insurance, which cost me hours of my time, only to find out that they weren't planning to repair it anyway. Thanks for wasting my time! Also, we tried to put the return in for 48 hours after the pickup, but the location didn't open until 4pm, so I had to park the rental across the street and wait for them to open. They actually charged me for another day, almost $200 extra for a day I didn't even want the vehicle, and only had it for an additional two hours. When I spoke with the "regional manager" Omare about all of the above, he didn't seem to care at all, even when I told him that this was going to cause Enterprise to lose a customer. This experience was so awful that I will definitely never rent from this location, but probably never from any Enterprise from now on! Rent from Hertz next door. They are pleasant and always helpful. I've never had them try to scam me.

  Reserved a car a month prior to my date of pick up. Upon arrival, there was one customer ahead of me. At my turn, I was greeted by Kevin at the counter. This person barely looked at me and asked for my last name. The moment he pulled up my information, his only statement to me was, "You are late and we have no car for you.". Anyone in that situation would be upset as I was. I told him my scheduled pick up was at 12pm and I walked in at 12:10pm. I also mentioned that I have a wedding to get to. He kept his stance and offered nothing but the same line, nothing he could do for me. To make things worse, Kevin then called over a worker named Myles. This person took his turn being completely unhelpful while smirking at my agitation as he spoke to me. I called him out for his bad attitude and turned my attention to Kevin, the "supervisor" who was standing right there. I expected some level of corrective management to occur. Instead, Kevin only agreed with Myles. He said that because I was "rude" they had the right not to serve me.
