  The team at enterprise on the UWS work hard to make sure all customer needs are met quickly and efficiently! Despite a system shutdown last weekend, the UWS team was able to find us a well kept/clean/ready to go car within an hour of our arrival. Despite having to wait, the team was friendly, provided updates each step of the way, and adjusted our rental rate to reflect the delay. The return process was seamless and I will definitely use this enterprise location again!

  I always use Enterprise for my rental cars. They always give me a no cost upgrade, which keeps me coming back. The cars are always late model, clean, and work perfectly. Frequently I returned to a different address and there’s never a problem. Frequently I have to extend or modify the duration of my lease, and there’s never a problem. They always have cars so I’ve never had to wait. What more could I ask for. Thanks Enterprise.

  I have never experienced a more incompetent and unprofessional operation than this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I showed up with a confirmed reservation, backed by email, fully expecting that a company of this size could manage the bare minimum of honoring it. Instead, I was met by Kevin Sang, the Assistant Branch Manager, who immediately dismissed me and claimed there were “no cars available” because I arrived two minutes before closing. Two minutes. Let’s be clear: a reservation is not a suggestion. It is a commitment. If your business cannot fulfill confirmed bookings, then stop taking them. What made this even worse was Kevin’s attitude. He was not just unhelpful, he was outright rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in even attempting to find a solution. No accountability, no effort, no professionalism. Because of this complete failure, I missed my cousin’s wedding. A once-in-a-lifetime event that I cannot get back. That is the real cost of this branch’s incompetence. This wasn’t just bad service, it was a total breakdown of basic business integrity. If you value your time, your plans, or frankly any level of respect as a customer, avoid this location entirely. Enterprise should be embarrassed to have someone like this representing their brand.
