  I had a one day rental with this location, dropped the car back before 5 pm on the same day the location didn't close the ticket out and added 6 additional days and then days later was greeted with an invoice of over $300!!! Finally got my $300+ dollars back and now to make things worse I have received an email a couple days ago about parking tickets for that same rental car and was charged over $400!! I'm going to avoid renting from here which is a shame because it is my most convenient location.

  I rarely post reviews but Kevin and his team, the two other guys at this location on W 83rd St.(didn’t catch their names) made the check in / and out process actually enjoyable. They were polite, cheerful, and having fun. They happily arranged to change our car and made sure everyone waiting was acknowledged and communicated that they were moving quickly. Someone dinged our car during the rental and I was able to reach an actual person at Enterprise who then got me to Kevin at the location I rented from and he explained the claim process so I knew what to expect, and so it didn’t ruin the rest of our trip. Great team and we definitely recommend renting from this location.

  I've had the pleasure of doing business with this Enterprise location on more than one occasion, and after each interaction, I've left feeling genuinely taken care of. Having worked in customer service for more than two decades, I know excellent customer service when I experience it, and this location consistently delivers it. From my very first interaction with Omari during a vehicle drop-off, I was impressed. He was extremely thorough, provided detailed information, and made sure I left with complete clarity. I walked away with no worries and full confidence in the process. Unfortunately, my next experience with Enterprise came during a much more difficult situation. While visiting the city, our car was broken into. As an out-of-state family trying to make our way back home, the stress and emotions we were experiencing were overwhelming. From Eric taking care of us when he picked us up from the auto shop to Chase helping us with our rental vehicle, the team went above and beyond. On one of our toughest days, they made a stressful situation much easier and gave us peace of mind for our trip home. I've been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, and receiving service like I did from this team is exactly why I continue to choose Enterprise. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to customer care truly stand out, and I am incredibly grateful for the support they provided when we needed it most.
