Otherwise, take your vehicle to another dealership. Crystal Rentas is hands down the worst service advisor I've dealt with. No follow-up, no explanation of the repairs, and no actual itemized estimate showing labor hours or parts—just a vague email claiming 20 hours of labor for $7,999. We've been bringing our Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles to this dealership since the late '90s with perfect service until now. In the three days since she sent that vague estimate, I've repeatedly asked for an actual breakdown of the repairs. She hasn't responded to my emails, and when I finally reached her by phone two hours ago, she said, "I'll send it in 20 minutes." I'm still waiting. She lacks basic customer service and communication skills.
