  Car was in great shape, ready on time, and upgrade was made easy by great attendants in Manhattan location! Equally great service in JFK! Have already recommended to others and will continue to do so!

  Great cars, great service. I would say excellent but a very few really picky individuals might say different so I’ll leave it at great. For me it was excellent service.

  I’m a loyal Alamo customer and the great service at the NYC at 313 W 56th are the reason we always come back. As a traveler you want consistency, reliability, and great customer service, and this location knocks it out of the park in each area. Fast, friendly, super helpful, in and out as smooth as can be. 5 stars, give everyone a bonus!

  Picked up the rental at LGA and added an additional driver at this location. Walking in is a little tricky because you go in the same entrance as cars. The staff member we worked with was a tad grumpy but got the job done. Drop off was smooth and the staff was great. My card was billed quickly and now I’ll wait 1 to 3 weeks for tolls. FYI, tolls are charged at cost with a $4.95 per day fee

  Very disappointing experience at the New York City location. We had a fully paid voucher and all required documents with us. Unfortunately, we only had a physical debit card, while our regular credit cards were available digitally on our phones. Despite traveling with a lot of luggage and three small children, we were simply told “sorry” and sent away. The manager on site was unfriendly and not helpful at all. We then had to take a taxi to LaGuardia Airport to get a car there instead. The whole situation felt unfair and unacceptable, especially for international travelers and families.
