- BCBrad Chabra6 days ago1.0Don’t bother reserving here - they’ll just cancel two days before. Don’t reserve at Alamo period. Totally pointless, they take your money and hold it just *hoping* they’ll have a car for you, leaving you stranded or forced to pay triple the price for a last minute rental elsewhere
- TPThe PaddockSep 26, 20261.0Agent refused to provide vehicle I had pre-paid for through Travelocity. She stated I needed a credit card for an authorization. I told her I didn't have one on me. I asked if a family member could call one in, she asked her colleague who said no. After I filmed her explanation, her colleague asked me to leave which I did.

- TMThomas MAug 28, 20265.0Rented a couple of times. No issues so far
- CHChristoph HütterAug 2, 20263.0I had to wait over an hour after arriving before I got my car. The staff (two women and a younger guy) were managing things very well, and I have no complaints about them; it just seems like this place is sometimes short-staffed.
