    Accidentally didn’t look up office hours when booking the car and arrived late and almost missed getting our rental car for Labor Day weekend. We would’ve been stuck in the city with limited options to get to our destination so last minute and Kobe from Alamo absolutely saved us. He kindly stayed after hours to get us our car and helped us through the entire process. He was so respectful, even in a situation where he could’ve been very annoyed with us. The car was very clean and exactly what we originally requested. Will absolutely be booking directly from here moving forward. Highly recommend!!

    I absolutely loved my experience renting from Alamo Astor Place. Could not have been easier. The young guy working on August 13th at 5pm was AMAZING and answered all my questions and gave us a great car. Will absolutely be using again

    It’s only one star because 0 isn’t an option. My car was switched for the “only car” left . A 2 seater Mazda with a slow leak. No one offered a toll fare, it was my first rental in NY and the tolls were insane. They up the charged from $88 a day to $500 the first day and $222 each additional making it go from $238 to $1,116. I’ve never had a worse experience with any transaction in all my 46 years of life. Alamo is the worst. STAY AWAY
