Amazing! The car was very clean and at a great price. Nikki was very helpful and was able to quickly get the car prepared (even put all the seats down for the space I needed!) and really made my day easier and enjoyable, thanks!!

הכל מעולה, לשים לב שאין יותר מדי בחירת רכבים, מסוג ששכרנו היה רק רכב אחד. בכל מקרה הכל עבר טוב

Picked the car up on Friday and they assured us we could return it anytime on Sunday and still be charged for just two full days. We returned it one hour past the original return time on Sunday and were charged for 3 days, not 2 as we were told

Had several seamless experience renting with Alamo. The flexible hours made drop-off completely stress-free, and the entire team was attentive and helpful from start to finish. A special shoutout to Sokha, who has been consistently friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. Excellent customer care like that makes all the difference, highly recommend!

Accidentally didn’t look up office hours when booking the car and arrived late and almost missed getting our rental car for Labor Day weekend. We would’ve been stuck in the city with limited options to get to our destination so last minute and Kobe from Alamo absolutely saved us. He kindly stayed after hours to get us our car and helped us through the entire process. He was so respectful, even in a situation where he could’ve been very annoyed with us. The car was very clean and exactly what we originally requested. Will absolutely be booking directly from here moving forward. Highly recommend!!
