    called and was told i don’t need a credit card and only need car insurance declaration page to rent, even on the website and rental terms it says that. i travel over an hour and both the desk worker and manager say they don’t take it with no explanation then the manager also says its state law under 21 can’t rent when a simple google search will show its 18 state wide even when i rented from alamo under 21 in ny before.

    We are renting all the time these days it seems. We have tried all the different options here in the City. Alamo was so easy and the quality of car was great. The staff were so pleasant and professional and got us on the road so smoothly without any issues. Alamo will be my next rental for sure.

    I cannot say enough good things about these people. You don't expect much out of a car rental experience but this one made my day. George and Rosalie made sure I would get my rental and even gave me a better car than the one I asked for. I initially forgot my credit card and had a payment issue and you would think that might frustrate the counter person but instead they reassured me everything was going to work out and gave me advice to get the issue fixed. It is rare you find such kind, competent people.
