- RSRoland SalloumJun 30, 20261.0I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience so others don't get caught out. During the booking, the system was down, so we had to wait 30 minutes for it to come back online. Frustrated, we accepted terms that were never explained to us verbally (admittedly, that's partly on us). The next day, after returning the vehicle, we found out we had been charged $77 for 3/8 of a tank of fuel, which is roughly 5.5 gallons and would cost around $20 at a gas station. Even after raising the issue with customer service, nothing was done. I'm not sure what kind of business practice that is, but one thing is certain: they made an extra $50 on this rental and lost much more in the long run. Needless to say, I'll never use them again.

El proceso es muy sencillo: solo lleva tu licencia y tarjeta de crédito con suficiente límite y listo, todo fluye bien si eliges un buen horario. Sobre los autos, me ha tocado que sean casi nuevos y siempre están muy limpios; de 3 rentas que llevo, 2 han sido autos del año en excelente condición. Lo único que me gustaría es mayor variedad, ya que a veces es repetitivo encontrar solo BMW o Mercedes, pero fuera de eso, los vehículos siempre están I think they can improve with the variety of vehicle it feels boring always the same car is the only thing they should change about the person of this excellent location but car experience always the same in my opinion it bores me
