  I give the national Station Manager a 1 star STEPHEN CARVO. I’m not from NY but I travel a lot for work! When going to get my rental I was about 30 minutes early but it was all type of workers just standing around talking the talk. Even one worker said yeah he’s in the back but won’t come out. So I waited patiently and so once he makes contact I inform him Hey I have a book rental for intermediate but I see you have a bunch of jeeps may I get one. He instantly told me no and offered me a low ball car, which I did not want but I had to argue back and forth until it was either take it or leave walking. So when I got to the small car (I’m 6’3) I get on the phone to complain and to see about getting a different car at a different airport. So as I’m pulling off I can hear and feel the brakes are squealing, so I park it and continue consulting with customer service and then I proceeded back in because they informed me he should have given me what I wanted. So once made it I. I go and tell him hey the breaks are making a noise and I don’t want that, he instantly offers me the car I wanted lol maybe because the phone call worked! Moral of the store, when you see I’m like top executive elite then that means we spend money with you guys and always try to accommodate the best way you can! Thanks

  Filthy windshield & your staff left requiring me to immediately go to a store and buy windex and paper towels to clean the windshield .

  This location is a good one. The managers are nice.

  Rent your car here if you like being treated rudely by their employees. Don’t bother reserving a car, they probably won’t have it anyways

  Reserved a car. Flight was delayed coming in. Received an email at 8:06 pm that stated that corporate policy was to not wait more than 30 minutes past closing for delayed flights. My flight arrived at 8:30pm. Was forced to take 3 Ubers in order to get to where I needed and back to airport. Sent several emails and no response. Waited weeks for management to respond and they told me that due to the fact my flight was “diverted” there was nothing they can do. Their management staff was ccd on the email stating that they were not waiting 30 minutes past closing on delayed flights. Absolutely horrible customer service.
