  Just read the other reviews! This place should be shut down, and is an absolute embarrassment to the National brand. I worked with Steven Carvo, branch manager. They will not hold your reservation. They won’t bother calling you to tell you not to drive in for a car that doesn’t exist. They won’t go out of their way in the slightest to help you actually find a solution, leaving you stranded at the airport! This branch needs to be shut down. Steven was not friendly at all. Waiting on contact from the National corporate escalations team. Also have BBB case open, for attention.
