  The vehicle too far away to drag luggage. The car was great.The service was great. But at stuart national airport in newburgh, new york You need to make it easier to find the car and not have to walk a 1 a mile to get to it.service and my vehicle. The problem I had is Im 73 years old.I had all my luggage.I was going fir 2 weeks. I had to drag luggage a long way!! That part of it was very cumbersome. I'm an avid hiker and an excellent shape.So if it was a lot for me, I cannot.Imagine what it would be for someone who had any health problems at all.

  I give the national Station Manager a 1 star STEPHEN CARVO. I’m not from NY but I travel a lot for work! When going to get my rental I was about 30 minutes early but it was all type of workers just standing around talking the talk. Even one worker said yeah he’s in the back but won’t come out. So I waited patiently and so once he makes contact I inform him Hey I have a book rental for intermediate but I see you have a bunch of jeeps may I get one. He instantly told me no and offered me a low ball car, which I did not want but I had to argue back and forth until it was either take it or leave walking. So when I got to the small car (I’m 6’3) I get on the phone to complain and to see about getting a different car at a different airport. So as I’m pulling off I can hear and feel the brakes are squealing, so I park it and continue consulting with customer service and then I proceeded back in because they informed me he should have given me what I wanted. So once made it I. I go and tell him hey the breaks are making a noise and I don’t want that, he instantly offers me the car I wanted lol maybe because the phone call worked! Moral of the store, when you see I’m like top executive elite then that means we spend money with you guys and always try to accommodate the best way you can! Thanks

  Filthy windshield & your staff left requiring me to immediately go to a store and buy windex and paper towels to clean the windshield .
