  ​We had a wonderful experience renting through this location. The vehicle was great for our family trip, but the real highlight was the customer service. Steven at the counter was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend renting from this team!

  Enterprise left me, my handicapped wife and my luggage stranded when my flight was late at a rural airport and they closed and didn’t wait for anybody on that flight. I got stuck with a room that was almost $300, no transportation available and had to talk a kindly bus driver into going out of his way to drop us off at the hotel. I couldn’t get a car until 8:30 the next morning which resulted in being half a day later to my final destination. I also got stuck with paying for a night at my destination that I didn’t use just so I could keep my 5 day reservation. Thanks for nothing, you almost ruined my entire trip.
