- JSJaimee SullivanJul 17, 20261.0Horrible customer service, they canceled our reservation with no notice and didn’t have an alternative plan. The guy behind the counter shrugged his shoulders and said too bad, I don’t have a car for you. He then tried to claim we were 5 hours late, apparently he can’t do math because it was nowhere near 5 hours. Terrible terrible customer service. Beware and spend the extra money for a more reliable rental company! We went to enterprise in Goshen, NY…..way better experience

- FKFabian KOct 26, 20191.0Came here with defective car. As an airport station they should have a pretty large fleet to be able to change cars. That's why the Alamo hotline guy told us to see this station. After talking to the agents they told us to call roadside assistance. This wasn't helpful at all. They wouldn't take our complaint because it wasn't a emergency "crashed" case. After having a 30 min discussion a familyvan was set up as our change out car. This wasn't acceptable cause we were going to drive 2000 miles (wanted to be at least a little fuel efficient). Staion guy at alamo airport was little helpful cause he was to busy with his hair styling.
