From out of town and my thermostat blew…on a Sunday! Mr. Tire fixed the problem…Fast, courteous service at a good price. If I lived in town I would make them my go-to mechanic.

Got a flat tire literally on the ramp to get up to the tire store on a saturday. Shop tech came out and said he refused to work on my car (pretty sure its because i brought my own tires) and said i need to go to a “performance shop”. I own a honda civic. He also refused to let me change it out for the spare i had, and made me roll my car back down the hill on a FLAT tire. My rims are completely ruined all because he didnt want to throw my tires on before close. Was super rude and short with me for no reason as well. Even the other techs were asking what was going on and if it was flat. Ridiculous.

I broke down on the Vestal Parkway the intersection was half a block away from Mr Tire, boy am I thankful that I broke down there. I was able to get it into their parking lot very slowly with my axle shaft broken. I went in quite frantic explaining to them how I had broken down close by the shop and I asked for a quote on the repair Mike gave me a reasonable quote for the work on my Lincoln. Told me they could get started on it the next morning.( as my arrival was near closing) Then I remembered I have an auto service protection plan. so, I explained that to Mike, he took the lead.Made the phone calls, spoke to the people, and got the job done. Him and his staff took care of me especially when he told me that it wasn't just an axle shaft that I had broken engine and transmission mounts had broken as well. Lucky for me, all covered. On my auto service protection plan I explained to Mike how I have a football game for my grandson the next day, and I need my car back ASAP he got right on it I'm so pleased with the service I received as well as the hospitality, thank you, very much. Mr Tire Auto Service Center and thank you Mike and your staff😁👍

Took my car to their shop for state inspection and they found some issue with the rear brake and did a quick repair job on the same day. Quite efficient. I talked to the owner and they have run the business for almost 20 years. Keep up the good quality work with reasonable pricing! 🙂
