  Took my car to their shop for state inspection and they found some issue with the rear brake and did a quick repair job on the same day. Quite efficient. I talked to the owner and they have run the business for almost 20 years. Keep up the good quality work with reasonable pricing! 🙂

  Mike is a phenomenal employee. I had to get an oil change before vacation and mike noticed a nail in one of my tires that unfortunately couldnt be patched up so i did have to get a new one. Mike said for safety purposes its unfortunate, but its best to get 2 tires at a time so that they would be on the same rotation. I am so thankful for mike! If the nail wasnt caught, it could have been a disaster waiting to happen. Thank you, Mike. Ill be sending my friends and family your way. Mr. Tires in Vestal is top-notch!

  Mr. Tire in Vestal on Old Vestal Rd across from Buffet Star is very helpful. I had tire issues in July. After having a conversation with the manager, Mike, him and his staff made sure my vehicle would be safe on the roads in a timely manner. As a healthcare worker having a reliable vehicle is essential. Mikes professionalism and kindness eased my mind! I would recommend them to anyone!

  I had made an appointment online, but upon showing up, was told I’d be waiting several hours for an oil change (which I had scheduled as a wait in-store option, not drop off). Apparently, the appointment time slots online are not accurate, and even if you do have an appointment, it does not mean that you will actually be able to get it done. I understand if staff is low, but if that’s the case, the slots online should not appear as available if they aren’t, and I wish staff would have been more pleasant when I tried to ask about the situation.

  I have no words for what I had experienced today , it was my first time in New York and I was really excited as I had barely visited garages in my life, when I entered the shop The receptionist Mike seemed like a nice and approachable guy, but things took a twist, my uncle had to make a decision if another vehicle should have picked him up or not, and he asked Mike for an approximate time Mike started yelling and said to not ask a 1000 questions , but then when my uncle came to pick the vehicle up he waited 5 minutes then called them and Mike came started yelling again saying he should have knocked on the door, if you hire people that talk to people like this Infront of kids its unacceptable please talk to Mike about it and give him a warning, there are other good shops in Vestal as well , the price of 326.00$ was too overpriced as well, just because the service is good doesn't mean the acknowledgement and care shown towards the customer is good, I hope no other kid experiences the same thing as me.
