Then wants to argue with me over a pickup truck being a “specialty vehicle” and cannot accept a different credit card or even a debit card at that point. Three other people sitting there were pissed off waiting amongst the 8 people in the office. All Sixto Was doing was contacting other locations looking for cars while I waited there 45 minutes for nothing. Sarcastic, snarky and clearly can’t handle the pressure that day.

- SGS GJun 3, 20261.0Had a rental reserved over 3 weeks in advance, scheduled to pick up @ 9am on a Wednesday. 8:35am I’m on my way to pick up the rental and they called to say they have no vehicles (with two other people waiting ahead of me, and no vehicles scheduled to be returned until 10am). I contacted customer support who also could not source any vehicles nearby. Choose a different rental service, Enterprise is clearly disorganized. Edit: it’s been over a week since my experience/review. The response below from the business is clearly just performative. Nobody from Enterprise has contacted me back. Also after having to visit 3 separate Enterprise locations to find a vehicle… just book through White Plains. They have a great team who actually cares about their clients and has supportive customer service.
