- RRReta Rooney1 day ago1.0I rented a car and had the worst experience. First of all the car was horrible I have pictures . The guy said he would upgrade me the car was trash. They continue to charge me as if he upgraded me added all these charges I had a doctors appointment and it was just the worst experience I ever had at Enterprise. I was a mile off the gas I was charged $20. . The car smelled so bad I had to drive with the windows down.
- VJVeronica Joyner2 days ago5.0I had a rental while my car was being repaired. A+ service from start to finish! Nice new clean vehicle with all the bells and whistles. Super good customer service which can be rare these days.
- VOVictor OgbuaguOct 2, 20265.0I have been coming to the New Rochelle Enterprise Rent-A-Car for years now and I must say that this is easily the best of all locations I’ve tried in recent years. The service is top notch and the employees are professional and friendly. I also want to attribute its success to the managers running the location. Branch manager, Sixto and Asstant branch manager, Aalijha, work very hard to streamline the rental process. They are very proficient, friendly and even great their customers by name. It’s easy to see where the rest of the staff get their motivation from. Keep up the good work team New Rochelle!!!
- JGJorge GonzalezSep 30, 20261.0Worst experience! At the counter I was guaranteed a car for 1 day, I picked up the car around 7pm returned it at 12:45 pm next day and I was charged for 2 full days, they refused to help me and just limit to justified saying I brought it back next day when the contract said 24hrs cycle. Never renting here again
- ETElizabeth ThomasSep 27, 20265.0I will definitely choose enterprise New Rochelle again. I was delayedbreturning the rental and they close at 1pm . I arrived after closing and the manager named “Six” was outside heading to his car and he willingly offered to accept the return. He went back inside , open the shutters and was still telling me to take my time and made sure I had all my belongings. Keep in mind a huge Nor’easter storm is approaching and he was very calm and accommodating. I’m very very grateful!
