  I just completed a rental with this local Enterprise outlet and the service was excellent. Six and his team provided great customer service. The communication before pick up was extremely helpful and both the pick up and drop off the vehicle was seamless. I highly recommend this Enterprise outlet when you need a rental. I will be returning.

  *Customers please take pictures and video of every inch of the vehicle you rent out before you leave.* First time I rented a car in general was here in summer of 2022 or 2023. The employee went and told his manager that I broke the grill of the car. She came and said that we broke it and I would have to pay out of pocket due to not having insurance for the car. An insurance agent or whomever eventually came and took a look at the car only to discover, that’s how the car is designed (the grill or whatever it is in front of the car is low). Never got an apology for being blamed for damaging a car that wasn’t damaged in the first place. Had to rent out another car back in June of this year and my visit was way better. One night I guess I ran through a nail in the road ( a lot of construction going around in NR) and punctured a tire which resulted in a flat. This time, I had insurance and called their roadside assistance. Dude took over 3 hours to come, by then my valet guys were nice enough to put air in for me (which was short term bc it had a puncture). I was able to drive the car to tell them about it and they were nice enough to bring it to the mechanic across the street and got it plugged for no charge. Pretty sure it was because I had insurance for the car this time lol. 4/5 because both times I came, you guys barely had any cars to select from lol. The first time, it was only one car to pick and the second time it was two.

  One of the best Enterprises I’ve ever been to. The customer service was top tier, and they were patient enough to find me a vehicle I would actually like driving. Amira made me feel valued as a customer.

  Stole my security deposit , don’t deal with these people , they are liars , there’s a lot of scamming where they claim they have given back the security deposit which is completely false , contacted the manager and instead they gave me a number to call which was irrelevant. I would not come here ever again . Bunch of thieves
