- OOOveritAug 21, 20261.0I’ve been coming here for a lot of years, and I am extremely disappointed in recent events. I came for an oil change, which is usually a very quick in and out process, but this time it took nearly an hour even though there were no cars in front of me. The real issue, however, is that the splash plate under the car was not properly secured. I got stuck somewhere at around 1 o’clock in the morning because had I driven it would’ve bent. Luckily, I had a friend who is good with cars and he was able to come and zip tie it back in place. I took the car back the next day told the guys what happened and they said they would fix it, “no problem”. A week later, I heard the familiar sound of the plate dragging on the ground. This time, I had no choice but to drive to the nearest car repair place, which naturally caused the plate to warp. The guys at Jiffy Lube told me there was only one bolt in place and that the rest was zip ties (which to reiterate, my friend did), and now I have no choice but to buy a new splash guard in spite of being told it was fixed. This whole thing was so dishonest, disappointing, unsafe, and soon to be costly.

- WWWaseemJul 20, 20263.0I went there because I purchased the Groupon coupon for oil change. The manager and employees were very nice but their hidden prices were way up . The manager was recommending me a lot of services but I ask for oil change and antifreeze top up but after scanning the coupon I got bill for $144.32 which included the antifreeze replacement and other taxes which is completely unfair and a ripoff. So I would honestly say they are extra nice and great but their recommendations will empty your pockets so do not get caught with Groupon coupon and their other recommendations. Going forward I will not use this place.
