  My mom and I recently came in to add an authorised driver and switch rental cars as we had experienced some issues earlier - at first it seemed like there might be issues but once Grace came into the conversation she made everything clear, direct and easy. Thank you so much Grace for your help!

  No customer service. Trevor didn't even want to try and help. No him calling anyone. Just we are on our own with a broken down rental vehicle. Addendum it wasn't Trevor it was Ryan that handed us Trevor's card and claimed it was him.

  Our rental was delayed almost 2 hours for a computer error in the system. We were given a car, moved all our items into the car then was told the car had a recall and we couldn’t use it. It also smelled like smoke. The next car we got smelled like marijuana. We got about halfway on our trip and it began to rain, the windshield wipers would not turn on. We are able to carefully pull over after a very scary experience of not being able to see. We see the fuse has been taken out. We replace the fuse so they would work. Then they wouldn’t turn off. I tried calling and texting for help with no response or answer from enterprise. We were given a day off our rental which is pathetic, our lives are worth more than that.
