  Only place in town for a rental worth considering. They have their act together, the vehicles are always decent, staff works hard and is customer-oriented.

  I’ve rented cars across multiple states, and this was by far my worst experience with Enterprise. Even busy airport locations that handle hundreds of customers provide much better service. The employee’s attitude made it feel like he was doing us a favor by renting us the car, and he barely responded to some of our questions. The car wasn’t even cleaned, so we had to wait 15–20 minutes while customers who arrived after us were getting their cars first. I wasn’t sent a rental agreement or given clear information about when or where to return the car. And the car itself was a major concern. The brakes were making very loud noises and were difficult to stop with, which felt like a serious safety issue. Even basic things like windshield washer fluid weren’t taken care of. My family has rented two other minivans of the same brand, and this was by far the worst car and worst Enterprise location we’ve experienced.

  My mom and I recently came in to add an authorised driver and switch rental cars as we had experienced some issues earlier - at first it seemed like there might be issues but once Grace came into the conversation she made everything clear, direct and easy. Thank you so much Grace for your help!

  No customer service. Trevor didn't even want to try and help. No him calling anyone. Just we are on our own with a broken down rental vehicle. Addendum it wasn't Trevor it was Ryan that handed us Trevor's card and claimed it was him.
