    I reserved 2 vehicles on a Thursday to attend my grandmothers funeral. The return was Sunday at 10 PM. They even confirmed it was an after hours return when I went to pick the vehicles up! I received an email today (Saturday) informing me ONE of my returns (not both vehicles) was now Sunday at 8 AM and asking if I want to modify the time! While I’m trying to mourn, I have to sit here dealing with this! I called to question it. They basically said, too bad you have to pay an extra $200 on top of what you already paid! Seriously? They purposely change your reservation just so they can overcharge you exorbitant fees! They also never sent me the rental agreements so there was no way I could confirm any of this. Now I know why.

    CAUTION SCAMMERS!!! Reserved 2 vehicles on a Thursday to attend my grandmothers funeral. Return is supposed to be at 10pm on a Sunday. Never received the rental agreements for either vehicle. Now today, Saturday, I receive an email for ONE of the vehicles saying it needs to be returned Sunday at 8 AM! I call, they say, sorry you need to pay $200 more than the agreed upon amount even though your reservation confirms you wanted to drop it off at 10pm and not 8am. They had the reservation, they confirmed it was an after hours drop-off when I gave them my information, so why did it all of a sudden change?!! I am in mourning, yet I have to sit here to wait for a general manager to call me “sometime”! This is absolutely outrageous and the last thing I should be worrying about!

    This place was crowded when I went so I was worried about a long wait, but Fritz immediately came to ask if I needed help as soon as he finished with another customer. He helped me pick the perfect car based on my needs and got me out of the door asap, which I really appreciated. Grace also was helpful in my easy car return. The team here is kind and efficient.

    I rented a minivan for a family vacation. The service was great when i picked up the rental. A few days in we had a tire go flat. We had to put the spare tire on to get it to a facility to trade it out. The lady in the barr vermont facility was great made the exchange quick and smooth. Dropped the car back off after returning home and delt with michael caliguire and grace albright who made the dropoff quick and easy. Then mike worked with me to rectify the tire ordeal. 10/10 would recommend renting from them. Will definatly rent from them again.

    Reserved premium SUV 6 weeks in advance. This is the largest SUV. A guy called me the day before to confirm my reservation. Gave me hope that they were actually going to have what I wanted. Another guy calls me an hour before my pickup appointment to tell me they don't have my SUV. That it was rented the day before and returned at JFK in NYC. Which is 4-5 hours away from pickup place. He says he has 8 passenger van, that is due back at 430 and they can give me instead and will give me a great discount. I agree, as I have no option. Go there, stand inside while 7 people are already standing around. First dude at the counter is told that his 8 passenger van that was due at 430 hasn't been returned yet and he is then given a different option. This peaks my attention. Once I finally get to counter after half an hour or so, guy feels so bad that they are going to give me 20 percent off and a free tank of gas. I'm pretty sure they took the 20 percent off my original reservation. I cannot confirm this as of yet, but I'll be looking into it and I feel this is a class action lawsuit. This is fraud on the most basic level. Good luck, sell your enterprise stocks
