- LSLynn-Marie Schnalzer2 days ago5.0I almost didn't return to Valvoline after a horrible experience I had at the Nyack, New York location. I decided to go back and try the Nanuet shop. (I had stopped going there because they no longer do New York State inspections, but had been loyal to them for a long time.) I never should have stopped going to Nanuet. The service, Attention to detail, and overall pleasant customer service experience was Outstanding.
- XMXabiel Concepcion MendezAug 25, 20261.0Hello, I'm just a little upset, they left my oil drain plug transfer case a little loose in the front they didn't adjust it well and they didn't change the ring of the differential thread and the transfer case is liquefying oil and now I'm going to the dealer, it solves a bad job they did, that was Nanuet ny Valvoline is first time this happen to me in my life You have to be more careful with your work it can damage a car someone can be something serious and serious and legal problem Thank god mavis tell me the problem my car now go to the dealer Because of the mistake they made, they didn't adjust the nut well
- ALAdina LernerAug 16, 20261.0My husband and I brought our car in to be serviced for an oil change. Everything else was perfect. The day after we got the oil change, the AC blew and stopped working. When we took the car to the mechanic he said that the gas for the AC had been drained. When we called Valvoline, they did nothing to help just said to bring the car to our own dealership. I believe they messed with the AC gas and caused deliberate issues so we would come back and pay for more overpriced services 😡

Then when I got home, I looked at the filter and I was not closed properly. There was fluid leaking out of it and I needed to go under the car and fix it, because at this point they were closed. I was very upset with the service.
