replaced my windshield through an insurance claim. days later i notice water in my car from the rain. mechanic cant figure out why for a week or so until noticing a huge gap in the windshield. safelite comes to replace it again but refuse to replace the carpets that have been soaked with water, growing mold, causing injury to me. because in their words "the carpet was bad before". thats crazy. you people are absolutely lucky i just got rid of the carpet bc that wouldve been a lawsuit. please people, if you use this company, double check their work. and dont expect them to replace what theyve damaged.
manager at this location is actually a joke.
From the first call, I made to schedule the appointment to have the service done and everything in between they were professional on time. I would definitely recommend a friends and family. It was a super seamless, easy experience and the lady who picked up the call when I made the appointment was so sweet.

First, the staff was polite. However, Safelite refused to give me the lifetime warranty that is advertised for their work. After having taken my car to the dealer to have a window leak diagnosed, I was told that I needed to have my window replaced. Since the dealer did not perform this work, I choose Safelite because they supposedly back their work with a warranty. But, when I brought my car in and explained why I was there I was told that even if they were to perform tests to verify there was a leak from the window the work could not be backed since it had a pre-existing problem before it came in. Don't all cars have pre-existing problems when they come in? That's why they are there. Since there is no longer a way to speak to a human to make appointments (you can only make them online) there was no way for me to have spoken to someone and had this conversation before I took off of work to come to this appointment. If water leaks are not covered under their warranty, it would have been helpful to see that stated on their website so I could have chosen a different business before having to take off of work. I am very disappointed.
