- BDBrandon DuBois4 days ago1.0Do NOT go to this Safelite. The process is flawed and the staff has no ability to do anything. Glass comes in scratched, they won’t cover it, they can’t install it, and they can’t get another. I guess satellite is too incompetent to check the glass before they are about to install it. What business doesn’t check goods on delivery? A poorly run or understaffed one. All they could do is blame the warehouse. They can’t come up with solutions, they don’t disclose ahead of time they have no solutions on a Saturday, and you’re just gambling they can actually install your glass on a Saturday, apparently. How safelite has messed up a windshield repair twice is beyond me when that is their actual business!!! 0/10 don’t trust safelite anymore.

After installation, I found out my vehicle requires an OEM windshield ONLY and now I'm dealing with the dealership to replace my windshield AGAIN! The #1 windshield replacement company doesn't know this?????
