  Sloppy and slow. I just got done cleaning the inside of my windshield because there were handprints all over it. You would think after they install a new windshield they would clean the freaking thing. They were also an hour and a half late from when they said they would have it finished. Not the best price around either

  Very frustrating experience with Safelite. They came to my home and forgot a part, so I had to reschedule. At the next appointment, they broke the new windshield while moving it. I was scheduled again for today, only to be told this morning that I needed to reschedule because the replacement wouldn’t arrive until tomorrow. I still haven’t even received confirmation for tomorrow. Extremely inconvenient and poor communication throughout the entire process.

  Excellent experience with this dealer. Prompt. Careful. And communication was excellent. They offered coming to the house but it was easier to do it on location for us. Good experience.
