  Bought a Jeep Cherokee from them a couple years ago. The 4 wheel drive didn’t work. Was told “part is on back order” and that they’ll connect me when part arrives. I waited and waited. I called a few times and was told the same thing “waiting for part”. I brought it in for service and inquired about the part in person… yeah no one had any clue and after 15 minutes of someone telling me “it’s on you to remind us and follow up” they agree to take care or it. This was last Fall. Still no part, still no service, and now the Jeeps hood won’t even open. I’ve been a Jeep owner since 2001. I can promise this is my last one. They won’t even tell me what needs to be replaced. I give up. Don’t go there. I promised someone reaches out and tells me I should have talked to them before leaving this review. But you should all know, this place isn’t dealing in good faith.

  My Husband purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s on 7/18 within 3 days his check engine light was on he was told to bring in the car for diagnosis. One week of waiting for update horrible communication from the service department and salesman. After one week of waiting finally told pick up car while we wait for the part it’s safe to drive. We pick up car another week goes by again no communication when part will be in. The car now overheated so the dealership sent a tow truck this Thursday 8/13. My husband had asked for a loaner was promised by the salesman once car is brought back and worked on we will provide one. Today he asked about a loaner and an update was told no loaner available and no notes on the servicing of the car. So we are with no car and 0 effort on the dealership as a whole to accommodate. We are really hoping this purchase doesn’t have to go down the lemon law route. I would not recommend this dealership update it is now 8/21 car is still not ready and still no loaner car

  I can’t say enough great things about the service department at Rockland CDJR dealership! Last night, a dashboard warning light came on, and I was worried about what could be wrong. I was especially stressed because I was leaving for vacation tomorrow and wasn’t sure if I’d still be able to go. I called the service department, and they went above and beyond to squeeze me in. They got my Jeep in, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within the same day! Thanks to them, I’m still able to leave for my vacation tomorrow as planned. What a huge relief! A special thank you to Maria Capello, the Service Manager; Dave, the Shop Manager; and Brendan, my Service Advisor. You all went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. Your communication, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate me on such short notice meant so much. I truly appreciate everything you did to get me safely back on the road and make sure my vacation plans weren’t ruined. This is what exceptional customer service looks like! I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Maria, Dave, and Brendan! You guys are the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Jeep Chrysler of Nanuet, especially Nicole and Marie from the Service Department. This past Saturday, August 8th, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Unfortunately, it appeared that there was some sort of leakage afterward. I contacted Chrysler of Nanuet and spoke with Marie and Nicole, and I cannot say enough about how helpful, professional, and accommodating they both were. They immediately made sure that a tow truck was sent to pick up my vehicle and bring it back to the service department. Once my vehicle arrived, they made sure it was thoroughly inspected and properly serviced. They also went above and beyond by having my vehicle detailed, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they made sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied. Their customer service, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers truly stood out to me. I highly recommend Jeep Chrysler of Nanuet to anyone looking for a place they can trust with their vehicle. The Service Department was phenomenal, and based on my experience, Nicole is definitely someone I would recommend speaking with.   Headline: Warning to especially female buyers—Exhausting games—felt like an exclusionary environment for me as a female consumer: *UPDATE: I would like to add that the customer service manager Maria reached out to me with genuine concern. We’ve had a friendly rapport, so I truly appreciated her contacting me. Unfortunately, my review is accurate, but I wanted to be transparent and authentic in regard to Maria doing her job and doing it well. Over the years I’ve only known her as a genuine and caring woman, which makes me truly sad to have had this experience. Please save your time and energy and stay away from Rockland Chrysler Jeep. Shopping here was an incredibly exhausting marathon of back-and-forth numbers that continuously changed the moment I thought we had a deal. They rely on fatigue tactics to wear you down, and manipulate numbers in their favor while keeping monthly payments the same; ie, applying a rebate AFTER the fact while adding to the overall cost of the vehicle—monthly payment remains the same, hoping you don’t notice the increase in price of the vehicle, leaving me with the strong impression that the rebate was being manipulated to benefit the dealership rather than me as the consumer. This back and forth was truly exhausting so I decided to take my business elsewhere and I had a great experience! Moreover, a specific interaction with one salesman made me quite uncomfortable. As a female consumer, I felt treated differently during the negotiation, which added unnecessary stress to the already stressful process. While I don't want his individual behavior to reflect on the rest of the hardworking staff, it created an exclusionary experience. Buying a new car should not feel like navigating a hostile trap! Sadly I can no longer recommend this dealership as I once did. Rather, I suggest avoiding them entirely and heading to Jeep in Ramsey NJ on Rt. 17.
