They don’t honor the appointments or reservations they commit to.
I originally made an appointment for Friday morning. Shortly after booking it, I received a call saying they were too busy and wouldn’t be able to perform all the services I had scheduled. If you’re already too busy, why does your system continue allowing customers to book appointments?
The employee told me to come Sunday at 11:00 AM instead and said they would be able to take care of everything. I explained that I couldn’t make 11:00 and could be there around 1:20 PM. He said that was fine. I specifically asked whether he was updating the appointment on his end, and he said yes.
Later, I checked the online system and saw that my appointment had never been changed. I ended up having to update it myself.
Then I arrived Sunday for the rescheduled appointment, only to be told that they couldn’t perform some of the services after all.
I understand that shops get busy. What I don’t understand is taking appointments, calling to reschedule them, confirming that the new time and services will work, and then still not being able to honor what was promised when the customer arrives.
If you value your time, I would avoid this location. Based on my experience, they simply don’t seem to respect their customers’ time.
