One of the employees took me for a fool. Tried to up sell me for a repair job in parts and $150 a hour for unmounted wipers. Telling me it was broken but it got fixed at my lexus dealer in 5 mins for free. Very disappointing how a man could look me in my face and lie to me and use fear and an urgency tactic to upsell me I'm very disappointed. Is the kind of service that's offered at mavis?

I had an issue with a tire that I recently purchased from Mavis. Chris Q helped me tremendously with calling the warranty department. He was super friendly and patient with me. He also spoke with the representative on the phone to make sure that I was getting the right service. Chris is very professional and I appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you Chris.

I went To the Nanuet location I have a Mercedes with air lift suspension and they broke my air lift suspension when I went there and asked him if they could take a look at it. They refuse to look at it. The manager wasvery rude and said they weren’t responsible for the damage I have video of my tires and my car before I went in there and they were in perfect condition. I would not recommend this place the manager there regional manager I’m not sure he said he was a regional manager was the person I spoke to. He was no help at all. He was very unprofessional and as I was just speaking to him it just so happened. Other customers showed up with the same problem.

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Nanuet and wanted to specifically recognize Chris at the front desk and Linden, the mechanic who worked on my car.
Chris was extremely helpful from the moment I came in. He was welcoming, professional, and communicated everything clearly throughout my visit. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole process and how well he kept me informed. Customer service like that makes a huge difference.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Linden. He took great care of my car and I really appreciated the attention and care he put into his work. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing my car was being handled by someone who takes pride in what they do.
Chris and Linden are both great representatives of the Nanuet location. Their professionalism, customer service, and quality of work are exactly what would make me feel comfortable coming back and recommending this location to others. Tire prices we good, cheaper than bjs or sams club. They do charge alot more to mount the tire and charge extra for road hazzard. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is that unlike the other places, they dont put the spare tire back in. They just put the spare tire in the trunk. Service was fast
