  Gentlemen at the front desk was extremely rude, like I was inconveniencing him by dropping my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment. Would not listen to me when I told him I knew the nature of the problem and insisted that the mechanics where going to have to perform test thag where not necessary. I left my vehicle at the location when the doors open as instructed for an appointment that was supposed to be at 1030. At 330 I called asking what the status was on my vehicle the same Gentlemen said they had not gotten around to it yet and I was going to have to leave my vehicle there overnight. I told him this was unacceptable and not to perform any work on my vehicle and I was coming to get it. Immediately after hanging up with him, I received a call from this location again stating that now magically my vehicle was about to be put on a lift, but they couldnt guarantee that the repair would be done before closing. I once again reiterated that I no longer want the work done as I need my vehicle for work and not to perform any work. When I arrived to this location I found my vehicle unsecured with locks open, I went in grabbed my keys, and the man at the front desk looked at me like I wasted his time because they couldn't even look at my vehicle 6 hours after the scheduled appointmentment and 8 total hours from the point of drop off. I have since consulted with other shops about the repair and found that the service charge quoted to me Included diagnostic test which where not necessary (like i tried telling the man at the front desk in the first place). Don't waste your time or your money at this place as they treat customers like morons and are clearly to inconvenienced to do their actual jobs. 0/10 absolutely would not recommend.

  We were able to drop-off our vehicle on a Sunday morning for a New York inspection, oil change, rear brakes and 4 brand new tires. And was able to pick it up by the end of the business day. They are a well oiled machine there in North Syracuse. I tip my hat to them and will recommend them to friends and family.

  The older gentleman at the desk was extremely, extremely rude. Not only to me but to another customer that was being taken care of while I was waiting. The female at the desk was great and the mechanic was very helpful. I did not end up getting any with done there.

  I have had a few things happening with my car plus inspection and oil change. In all the times that I have been at Monro for service,I have been treated with the utmost respect and the service has been above and beyond expectations!! If everyone had an employee like the manager,David, you would be truly blessed!! The employees I have dealt with work like a team together. The service is topnotch!! Thank God that I have such a place to go to with my car!!! Thank you,Monro!!!!

  I was being scammed. I was a mechanic for years so I watched my vehicle being inspected. At bo point did a tire come off my vehicle yet was told I need new back brakes and rotors. The said brakes and rotors are only 3 months old and have a lot of life left in them. The only issue with my car was the front tire that I asked to have replaced. Yet never got replaced because I took my car else where and had specs taken of my rotors and pads. And guess what!? They were more than recommended to pass an inspection. My suggestion is stop scamming people be honest and give true diagnosis to work needing to be done. I’ve contacted the BBB and NYS to get the license pulled at this Facility. For sham
