  $55 for a tire patch and no I’m not joking. Service tech for 6 years and have never heard a tire patch go over $30. Avoid at all cost.

  Excellent service from the Manger David Chapman and the team. I dropped by without an appointment for a problem with my daughter's tire's. Even though the shop was incredibly busy with major repairs, [David Chapman] managed the workflow perfectly, kept me updated on the timeline, and got me back on the road in under an hour. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND whe HE DIDN'T have too... I'm just entirely IMPRESSED. I've never been treated that good at any, Mechanical service place.( Even talked to his repeated customers that come from far away because they like David Chapman so much😊) I will say this: The Monroe in North Syracuse will be my forever go-to place. And I will be passing it along as well. So thank you, David Chapman and your team, for going above and beyond...Five stars, hands down......

  Had an issue with another Monro and Dave from this location fixed it and confirmed our suspicions. Even stayed until 7:01 (after close) to see me off. Excellent service and very transparent and honest. Thanks, Dave!

  FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE I COULD TRUST!! MY CAR NEEDED A LOT OF WORK! IF IT WASN'T FOR DAVID C THE MANAGER AT MONROE IN NORTH SYRACUSE, EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE THE MOST INEXPENSIVE WAY TO COMPLETE ALL THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED. HE ALSO SHOWED ME THE APP THAT'S CALLED "PAY TOMORROW" AS I DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO COMPLETE ALL THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! HE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE WORK, SHOWING ME VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF MY PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE RESEARCHING PARTS & THE BEST PRICE FOR MY MONEY. DAVID & HIS TEAM WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO KEEP ME SAFE FOR THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! MY CAR IS RIDING TOP NOTCH NOW! WHAT ARE RELIEF TO FIND A SHOP I CAN TRUST! THANKS DAVID!
