  Had an issue with another Monro and Dave from this location fixed it and confirmed our suspicions. Even stayed until 7:01 (after close) to see me off. Excellent service and very transparent and honest. Thanks, Dave!

  FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE I COULD TRUST!! MY CAR NEEDED A LOT OF WORK! IF IT WASN'T FOR DAVID C THE MANAGER AT MONROE IN NORTH SYRACUSE, EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE THE MOST INEXPENSIVE WAY TO COMPLETE ALL THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED. HE ALSO SHOWED ME THE APP THAT'S CALLED "PAY TOMORROW" AS I DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO COMPLETE ALL THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! HE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE WORK, SHOWING ME VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF MY PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE RESEARCHING PARTS & THE BEST PRICE FOR MY MONEY. DAVID & HIS TEAM WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO KEEP ME SAFE FOR THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! MY CAR IS RIDING TOP NOTCH NOW! WHAT ARE RELIEF TO FIND A SHOP I CAN TRUST! THANKS DAVID!

  The staff was nice but the work took very long wich was a shipping error so not on the staff but I paid 1800 to get a engine misfire for my ford escape 2011 fixed and it's still misfires a day after. Problem wasn't fixed so can't say I'm happy this was a hard experience cause I don't have more money to dish out like that and now my cars getting beat in the process.

  David and crew went above and beyond to get my work truck back on the road within 3 days when all other dealerships or shops said 7weeks out. Truly took care of me. Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Thank you again!
