  I had gone back and forth with another garage about getting a persistent knock serviced and ended up at Monro. Instead of just taking my money, they suggested I get ahold of the dealer as it would likely be covered under warranty (which it was) Incredibly thankful for their honesty and willingness to make this right.

  I take several of my vehicles there I own a business and have other people driving my company vehicles. And often times have to drop off a car without scheduling an appointment. They are always very good about getting it worked in and I trust everything that they tell me that the car needs or could use in the future. They are a wonderful asset to my business and I would highly recommend them.

  I woke up on the right side of the bed. Can’t say the same for the man at the front desk. David? He didn’t introduce himself but that was the business card on his desk. He was monotone and had an attitude. He was disrespectful to me and he did not communicate the process. He rolled his eyes multiple times and acted like I was a nuisance to him for being there. He should not be at the front desk. If you don’t like your job heads up don’t take it out on the nice smiling customer that hasn’t done a single thing wrong to you. You have made my bright day dinner with your attitude and I’m sure you’ll do the same to others around you. I can’t say for sure but race seemed to be a part of it because as soon as he saw my walk through the door he was on the phone and ignored me for awhile (which I happily and patiently waited until he called me over to say he was ready). And yet he did not smile and rolled his eyes just for me entering the room. I am a black woman. Get over it. You need to do better for customer service. You need to do better just in general. I have never left a negative review like this but that really got to me. That is just not ok. Especially for someone doing nothing wrong and literally being a great customer to you. But I do hope you have a great day despite all of that because I am a better person than you
