What you need to know
16 and 17 years olds are eligible for our online 5 hour course!! We offer a live course with a teacher and ALL learner permit holders, including those under 18 years old are eligible for it!! Our pre-licensing course is NYS and DMV approved for distance learning due to Covid 19, and the certificate issued upon completion is a DMV MV-278 certificate.
We are offering the pre-licensing course also known at the 5 hour course ONLINE via ZOOM. You can register online or call to register over the phone from ANYWHERE IN NYS. The 5 hour course is approved and licensed by the NYS DMV. To register for the course you need to have a NYS photo learner permit or an interim learner permit and a NYS non driver ID.
