I can’t recommend this technician enough! After taking my car to multiple Mavis locations, no one could figure out what was causing the problem. He took one look at my vehicle, quickly diagnosed the issue, and found that it was something as simple as defective brakes.

I got to Mavis not knowing what to expect because I need to have my brakes replaced. Come to find out I need new brakes, rotors, and tires. Lord have mercy. I spoke to Mavis Rep Tracy from the Mount Vernon location and she assured me that she would take care of me and she did. I will be back in about a week to get the rest of the repairs done. The “manager” on site Mr Richard is super weird and dont know how to treat new customers. Absolutely rude hands in pockets and acting like a boss. Whoever made him a manager need to review that decision otherwise less people will go there.

Staff very nice and easy to work with but $120 for an oil change is highway robbery and unacceptable. Esp in an older, simple car. Will not be returning or recommending. Wouldn’t give any stars except the gentleman at the front were very pleasant.

She was so friendly and patient—over the phone, I asked her a bajillion questions for about 15 minutes, and she explained everything thoroughly.
