- NANot Available4 days ago5.0I am never disappointed coming to Mount Sinai MAVIS - There are many locations and I’m sure they rock too- But the MT.SINAI location brings me a sense of security and trust and when it come to my car & this is big! My car is not the easiest but they have ordered me tires and comparative pricing is the best of all tire shops - so that is easy. But the service is where I find the A+ Rating shows the most. I have always experienced shorter wait time and the staff knows what they are doing- experts that keep me safe on the road. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT THEY PICK UP THE PHONE TO OUT THE DOOR- THANKS GUYS!!🤩👍🏼

Dan, in particular, went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. His customer service was absolutely exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly caring. It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes the time to make a customer feel comfortable and appreciated, but Dan absolutely did that. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and handled everything with professionalism from start to finish. Because of the outstanding service I received here, I can honestly say they’ve earned a lifelong customer. It’s a great feeling finding a business you can trust when you’re new to an area, and the team at Mavis in Mt. Sinai exceeded all expectations. I had to drive 70 miles just to reset the codes and needed an inspection right away. Jess and Josh didn’t hesitate—they took my car in immediately and got everything taken care of. After everything I’ve dealt with, their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism meant so much. Truly an amazing experience!

Always get my car done the same day if you drop off early enough if not it’s done by first thing in the morning the next day. Will recommend this place
