I had to drop off my Grand Cherokee for an oil change and had strict time restrictions due to me having to go into work as a nurse. I told Josh I needed it by a certain time and he was beyond accommodating and made sure I had my car for work! Dan is always great every time we come in. My daughter and I go to Mavis for both our Jeeps for inspections, oil changes, tires and always get treated fairly. Really great staff, will continue to keep using! thank you guys!!

Horrible experience. It went against my better judgment to go here for an inspection and oil change, as I usually use a small family mechanic. However, they had an opening on my way home from work, so I figured I’d just get it done.
Well, 30 minutes after dropping it off, I got a call saying my truck would not pass inspection unless I replaced all four tires, as well as the front and rear rotors and brakes. Mind you, my truck is well maintained, has less than 30,000 miles on it, and I work five minutes from home. I told them to take it off the lift.
When I came to pick it up, they had the nerve to try to charge me for an inspection. Needless to say, I took it to my family mechanic the following morning, where I was told that my tires are more than fine for many more miles, my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine, and my front rotors are also fine. The only thing he recommended replacing was the front brake pads.
I am absolutely appalled by how these men tried to take advantage of me, seemingly because I’m a woman and made the mistake of going in without my husband. Appalled! I will never, ever be back, no matter how convenient the location is.

He was thorough while explaining what needed to be done to fix my tire issues and so kind as to work well within my budget. Guy saved me hundreds of dollars and a ton of time. Couldn’t recommend more. It can be tough / intimidating to get vehicle services or maintenance as a girl - you often worry about getting financially taken advantage of when you lack of knowledge on this kind of subject.
