  I am very satisfied with the windshield replacement I needed. I was able to go online and book an appointment to any Safelite AutoGlass location. I know that they can come to me but depending on the weather - if it rains - you need to make sure you have coverage for the technician to come to you. It's best to go to their facilities. It took about 3 hours to do. I was able to come and go as I pleased at the facility. My technician did a superb job at the replacement, calibrated it, and he answered all my questions that I had about it. I think the replacement was better than the original windshield to be honest!! The receptionist was very helpful and upbeat - HE DOES A GREAT JOB! He was able to apply my coupon that I received at a later time. And at this point I would recommend them as my first (and hopefully last) replacement was a job well done!

  Safelite in Mt. Kisco was so great to work with. Andre took great care of my car and delivered it on time despite a repair hiccup, and was friendly and communicative throughout. Henry at the desk answered all of my questions (even the silly ones) and I overheard him on a challenging customer service call while I waited for my vehicle, and he remained friendly and composed long past the point most people would have have given up. The cost was significantly more reasonable than other local options, and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs glass service!!

  Scheduled my first appointment for June 20th didn’t get a call that it was canceled until 3 hours into the visit, rescheduled for June 29th to come to my parents home rearranged my scheduled my parents rearranged their schedule to come pick up my car at my job which is 30 minutes away from there home. My appointment was canceled no phone call just moved to July 1st how unprofessional is this, and rescheduled at 11:59 am through a text when the appointment was for 8-12. Called multiple different numbers to get in touch which someone finally got to speak to customer service who tried to contact the mt Kisco branch multiple times with out luck , finally after my 13 th attempt to call mt Kisco someone picked up and said that they didn’t have a part for my car which is not my issue that is something Safelite should have checked in the morning!! Demanded an appointment on 6/30 and to come to my job !! Spoke to manager who said they didn’t have parts for my car but then 35 other customers were canceled and Henry was suppose to call but I guess Henry wasn’t doing there job!! My appointment was moved to 6/30 !!

  I would give negative 5 stars if l could. Worst safelite shop ever, made appointment for sat at my home 8-12, got a phone call at 9:30 technician is sick and got rescheduled for next Saturday 8-12, tech showed up at 8:30 then dropped the glass on driveway and it cracked, tech apologized and said he will be at 8am on Sunday with new glass since they are working this Sunday, then I get appointment email that it is at the shops 11:30 am on said Sunday, 40 min drive, 11:15 I get a phone call they have no glass and need to reschedule yet again. Next time I will pay out of pocket since my time at work cost more than the glass at this time.

  If I could give it a negative number I would. Henry from Safelight in Mt Kisco NY is the most irresponsible store manager I’ve come across in quite some time. I have been trying to get my windshield replaced since February. They cancelled in February because it was too cold. I couldn’t reschedule at the time because I wasn’t going to be around so I said ok I’ll wait until the spring. I make appointments from May 25th on and have had 4 different appointments that have all been cancelled by Henry for varying reasons which have included “it’s supposed to rain TOMORROW” (which it never did) to my favorite the other day which was “oh we just opened the box and NOW realized the bracket is cracked”. He is always very sorry for the inconvenience but doesn’t hesitate to cancel anyway. I was supposed to finally get it done today and have been waiting for my 12-5 time slot (it’s 2:48). And Henry calls yet again to say he’s very sorry but his tech isn’t going to make it because he’s run out of time. I said after all these cancellations I should have been the first appointment and we shouldn’t be having this conversation. He said I could come into the shop because that would be easier. The whole point of safelight and allllllll their commercials is they come to you so you don’t have to. Clearly Henry hasn’t gotten the message of the company’s policy. I have now told Henry he can keep his glass but fair warning. Stay far far away. They are the least professional company out there and their I’m sorry for the inconvenience is not even decent lip service.
