- CCCatherineOct 6, 20261.0My husband & I drove 1 1/2 hours to finalize deal and pick up car. When we arrived we were told the car had been incorrectly sold by a new salesman. We were then offered an identical vehicle but it had more mileage and no floor mats for the same price. We felt that since we were being asked to compromise it was only fair for them to provide us the mats and reduce the price by 1000 dollars due to the extra miles. We were told no way take it or leave it. I then felt like this was a bait & switch. I would not trust this dealership. 3 hours of my life wasted!
- MMMSep 18, 20265.0I live in New Rochelle, NY but I have not had good experiences with servicing our Chevy Bolt at the dealership in our town. They are NOT customer friendly or helpful. Instead I drive 40 minutes to the Mt Kisco Chevy dealership, where we bought our Bolt in 2021 (love the car, love not buying gasoline or having to get oil changes [drill baby drill, what a scam]. Employees and management treats me with courtesy and are friendly. I brought car in for servicing (tire rotation etc.) today. The rep reminded me I have plenty of points. My service charges were zero. Easily saved $150. Highly recommend this dealership. Always a positive experience.
