I had a screw in my 7-month-old BMW X7 tire, right in the middle of the tread. I went to have them remove the screw and plug the tire, but they insisted it couldn't be repaired and that I needed to buy a new tire from them. It felt like a scam. I got it fixed later for just $15 at a nearby shop. Be careful with this kind of places.

Unfortunately, beyond disappointed and will not be retuning. I will make this constructive so those thinking about doing business with this Mavis location can ask the questions, review and ensure that they get what they pay for.
I purchased four tires for my vehicle, all brand new & totaling over $1,500. They were installed, incredibly dirty, as though they had been returned or siting in a very unclean area. The technician or technicians who worked on the installation, balancing & alignment were multitasking with completing an oil change among other things - which lead to my car being returned to me with four rims being covered in oil and grease. When I reported this to the staff, there was an attempt to gaslight me into believing that this was not done by them.
Upon leaving, and shortly following my vehicle was not balanced/aligned & when driving on the highway my steering wheel would vibrate and shake.
Having brought it into another Mavis location. I was enlightened and notified that the balancing was not done correctly which was evident and that two of the four tires were installed incorrectly & needed to be pulled off the rim and reinstalled. The tires purchased were cross climate & directional, with even an arrow indicating and informing what direction they need to face so that the tires can operate as they are intended. They are meant to push the rain water or snow/slush out and away from the tire. The way two of them were installed would not effectively allow these tires to function effectively and it could have caused damage to the tires.
Please ensure you are walking through the work you are having done and revising to ensure it was done properly, professionally and correct. The attention to detail at this location was below subpar.
Please do better and educate your staff on how to properly change gloves, wash hands, install tires and complete balancing and alignments correctly.

I’m not one to leave reviews much, but I have to say John and Alex are 2 stand up guys that ALWAYS made my numerous experiences at that location painless and amazing. They are both very professional, patient and helpful without getting frustrated no matter how busy the shop may be. Thank you fellas!! I would absolutely go out of my way to deal with these gentlemen than go anywhere else

Absolute robbery on brakes/rotors job. I got charged 700 dollars on parts that’s about a 200 dollar mark up if I just bought them myself for an auto parts store. The. Comes the labor charge. From the moment the parts were delivered to the time my car rolled out of the shop was 36 minutes and I was charged 1.7 hours of labor rate, 3 times the amount it took. If you don’t do partial hours and charge for a full hour I understand but additional .7 hours or 122 dollars is utter and complete robbery.
Tire service is good and the staff is polite but the dishonesty in charging is a real disappointment

I had a great experience at this Mavis, especially with John at the front desk. He recommended replacing my worn-out tires, but he also didn’t recommend services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. He was very honest, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The service was also very quick, and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. I definitely recommend asking for John!
