I came in concerned about my brakes, and Alex was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. He took the time to actually show me what was going on with my car, explain everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. I really appreciated how much care he put into the situation. Car issues can be stressful, but he made the experience feel a lot less overwhelming. They replaced my front calipers, did a brake flush, and made sure the car was test driven before I left. Alex also added brand new front brake pads for me at no charge, which I genuinely appreciated and was not expecting at all. He really went above and beyond to make sure the car felt safer and smoother before I left. My car feels much better now, and I’m really grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you to Alex and everyone who worked on my car. Would highly recommend!

John quickly took a look at it, evaluated where the noise was coming from and removed the rusted out shield over the brake behind the left wheel. It wasn’t easy but John was the man for the job and did an outstanding job! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend John at the Mavis in Mt Kisco! He is a rockstar! Thanks so much!
