- SRSanti RobJun 18, 20261.0What happened to this location? Used to be so efficient and professional. Disappointed. I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise. While traveling out of state, I rented a vehicle that I did not feel safe driving due to significant performance issues. When I attempted to exchange the vehicle, I was repeatedly bounced between Roadside Assistance and multiple branch locations, with no one taking ownership of the situation or providing a clear solution. Instead of helping me address my safety concerns, I spent hours being transferred back and forth and receiving conflicting information. When I later contacted Enterprise about changing my drop-off location, the conversation focused almost entirely on potential fees and pricing rather than assisting with the circumstances I was experiencing. As a customer, I expected better communication, better coordination between departments, and more concern for customer safety. The lack of support turned what should have been a simple rental experience into an exhausting and stressful ordeal. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed in Enterprise's customer service.
