  The sales rep. Was very good, it was not his fault, because I was givin the wrong info, over the phone by another rep., not from that location.

  Awesome location. I set up my reservation a week before my intended trip and they gave me a clean and functional vehicle. Customer service was very concise, kind, and straight to the point. They are also very helpful on the phone as well!

  Pésimo servicio. Tanto Online como presencial, es un retraso, con los horarios y los carros que supuestamente tienen. Desde el día anterior reservamos y el día sgte en la mañana llamaron a decir que no tenían. Luego a las 9am nos estaban diciendo que si tenían, que a las 11am, luego que a las 11:30, llegamos nuevamente a recoger a esa hora y tampoco tenían el carro listo. Es súper irrespetuoso y negligente, juegan con el tiempo del cliente todo el tiempo.

  I rented a car from Enterprise Monticello and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and understanding, especially Dre the manager. He was extremely helpful to me, and my rental car had a bad odor, so he sprayed the inside with a better smell, and he was extremely patient and understanding, even though I had many questions etc. I loved the experience, and would definitely rent from them again, if the need arises. Keep up the great work, and keep making customers happy!!! I would recommend to rent from this specific Enterprise location. They do their job extremely well, and go way above and beyond for their customers.

  We had an outstanding experience at this branch, and it was all thanks to Andras Martin. From the moment we walked in, Andras welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. He treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism from beginning to end. Even though we asked many questions and made things more challenging, he remained incredibly patient, calm, and attentive throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that every concern we had was addressed. It's very rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We have visited other branches before, but we never received the same level of care, attention, or personal service that Andras gave us. Because of him, we will gladly return to this branch every time. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal. You are truly fortunate to have someone like Andras Martin on your team. He represents your company in the best possible way, and he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding work.
