  Clean, easy to rent & the staff member, Isabella (which is also my daughter’s name) was kind , quick, and concise with the information. Will choose enterprise every time.

  Enterprise in Monticello, NY had wonderful customer service. Dre helped us with our reservation and explained all the options to us. If I have need of a car up that way again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great experience!

  Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. Everyone was nice, service was fast, car was great, returning it was great. No hidden prices. No issues at all. They even gave me a ride home as my car is in the shop. Had I known they offer a to and from ride to pick up a vehicle I would have utilized that instead of the Uber ride over there to pick up my rental. Next time. Is it pricey? Yes but it is what it is at this stage of the economy.
