  I am very sad and its hard for me to give such a real bad review on this penske Montgomery ny location i am in deep shock on after getting this bad service how this worker smiled at me like this is a joke that he caused me a loss and i am hurt and i will not forgive this loss what this location did to me today as I made a reservation for a truck and I had problems with one account for my commercial reservation so I was promised that I can use a cdl truck on my personal name instead of using a bussniess name because theay did not have a regular truck and after I was confirmed on this that I will get a cdl truck even i have cdl and it am using it for personal use and on top of that i had a 1 hour drive to go pick up my rentel I told them that I have no problem with a regular 26nft truck but theay did not have one available and I was been told on the phone talking with this location that I will get a cdl truck because I have cdl and it will be rented for personal use but upon my arrival the worker was nasty and rude and did not want to give me my cdl truck and he did not have a non cdl truck so I told him that I drove out 1 hour for this truck and he is caused me a loss and the worker sed you are not getting the truck so its not my first time that I had in the past bad experiences with this location but later theay treated me more normal but today I was been missed treated and I told the worker that I will put a 1 star on this Google review but this location doesn't even deserve not even one star and I am shocked on my experience i was ready to bring much more bussniess but to penske but theay will loose me now good buy penske Montgomery ny

  We had a scheduled appointment for a truck PM service. When we arrived, your team changed the front tires but apparently forgot to perform the scheduled PM service. The following morning we were informed that the PM service had not been completed and were told that you are fully booked for the next month. While we appreciate the apology, this situation is very inconvenient since the service was scheduled in advance and the truck was already at your facility.

  It really sucked half assed washed my rental. We pay alot of money for long-term lease and cant get a decent wash. Was treated like i didnt matter.get that every time at neelytown rd Montgomery New York
