Thank you to Sam and Shakah for helping me with my tire today. The tire pressure kept decreasing. I would put air and it would be fine for two weeks then randomly the check tire pressure light would come on. I’m glad they found the problem and I don’t have to deal with it anymore. Very helpful and quick customer service.

Showed up for an appointment at 3:00 and they told me that I have to sit and wait until 5:00 p.m. to be seen for an oil change. Why have an appointment? what's the point of an appointment?! At least a courtesy call to let me know that they've fallen behind on schedule would have helped save the trip and wasting more time

Over the winter time they told me that my shocks need to be replaced on the front of my car. I replaced them. The noise persisted. It turns out that it was the rear shocks I brought in another vehicle of mine at the same time to get an oil change and alignment and tires, they stripped The drain plug they have a bunch of teenage girls working on cars there they did not offer any solution to fix any of these problems. I would not bring my car there at all.

I was on a long road trip, when I got an air leak in a tire near Monroe. A kind man directed me to Mavis. Although they were busy, they made time to remove a screw and plug my tire, and I was back on the road in short order. I couldn't be more grateful. Now to me, Mavis means good work and good service!
