Had an on road emergency. Driving on 17 East back to long island. Vehicle shimmying. Pulled over to find the right rear lug nuts were loose and two were missing. Thank goodness I was only 2 miles away from this Mavis. They took me in and repaired the vehicle right away. Was in and out in 25 minutes. Ryan and Cole were understanding and immediately took care of me.

Thank you to Shaka and Cole. My wife and I (out of towners) picked up a large screw in one of our tires on the NY Thruway last Sunday afternoon. We were losing pressure so we got off at the next exit and stopped at a local Walmart. They had nobody there to help us, but directed us to Mavis. Shaka and Cole were also shortstaffed but were able to fit us in and get us back on the road. I was also pleasantly surprised that they charged us a reasonable amount when they could have gotten much more under the circumstances.

I want to thank Ryan and Jaimie for their excellent service my car needed a jump start Ryan came right out to me and then I followed him to mavis and they tested my battery turns out I needed a new one they did it immediately it's nice to see that there are nice people out there they are hard workers I recommended them highly I thank them go in and see Ryan and Jaimie for car services

Every time I go to Mavis, I have a great experience. I’ve gotten tires, oil changes, and brake work done there, and everyone is always so professional, friendly, and attentive. Cole was great and went above and beyond. He answered every question I had and made sure I fully understood the services provided. Honestly, the whole team is just consistently helpful and accommodating, which is hard to find these days.
I’ve always been happy with the service and would definitely recommend Mavis to anyone looking for a place they can trust!

The level of care and concern Mr. Xavier took for my car, made me feel super safe and cared for, And less like someone who was trying to play a numbers game with my money to get me to pay more for something I didn’t need.
