  Amazing Service. Came in to get my tires repaired but will probably return for all my other car needs. Shakah and Kole helped me out, Shakah being very friendly, straight forward and low pressure. Definitely someone that first time customers would prefer to have. You’re not gonna be pressed into getting more than you came there for and you can tell they operate with integrity so if they say that you need to do something, ITS BECAUSE YOU NEED IT. Will recommend.

  I always trust Mavis Tire for fair, honest service. On a recent visit after a stormy night, there were at least 6 other cars dealing with the same issue I had… tires leaking air from nails picked up near construction sites that were almost impossible to see in the rain. The manager, Shakah, was extremely helpful to everyone. Some customers only needed a simple patch or plug, while others unfortunately needed new tires. This easily could have been a situation where an unrepeatable shop took advantage of people and pushed everyone into buying brand new tires, especially since some vehicles had even been towed in and the owners felt stuck. Instead, Shakah and his crew did everything they could to salvage as many tires as possible and only recommended replacements when truly necessary. For those who did need new tires, he took the time to provide different options instead of pushing the most expensive choice. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Keep up the great work, Shakah! We’re lucky to have a reputable shop like this for all our car repair needs.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. Shakah was extremely nice, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Sam patched my tire perfectly and made sure everything was done right. The service was professional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place was excellent. Definitely coming back here for future service!

  I’ve been bringing my car to Mavis Discount Tire and have always had a great experience. Hannah was my mechanic this time and did an excellent job fixing my car. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff is always courteous, friendly, and honest. One thing I really appreciate is that they never pressure me into unnecessary repairs or services. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and this location has consistently earned my confidence. Highly recommended!

  I got you. Here is a version that calls out the pricing and emphasizes that they basically charged you a "doing nothing" fee. ​I had a pretty mixed experience here. On one hand, the wheel alignment was spot on and they clearly know what they’re doing with the machines. But things took a turn when they were pulling my car off the rack. I noticed a screw stuck in one of the tires and pointed it out. They were quick to say they’d check it out, which I appreciated, but that’s where the "good service" ended. ​It turned out to be a tiny screw that didn't even puncture the tire—no plug or patch needed. Despite that, they still hit me with a $39 charge just for the thirty seconds it took to pull it out. For perspective, the average price to actually repair a tire with a full plug or patch is usually around $20 to $35. They charged me more than the price of a real repair just to look at it and do absolutely nothing. To make it worse, the customer service was definitely not the friendliest while they were taking my money. If you need an alignment, they’re capable, but watch out for those extra fees and don't expect a warm welcome.
