I would recommend going here they are very professional and pleasant.Not only did Cole help with my tire by replacing the valve he also assisted my mom who is elderly by backing her car out of the spot due to her not feeling safe enough to do it being that it was a small area to back out of and he was happy to do it for her .

Absolutely amazing experience at Mavis in Monroe! My daughter and I were on our way to New Jersey for an important doctor’s appointment when our tire pressure light came on. We stopped at Mavis unexpectedly, and they could not have treated us better.
They were kind, helpful and efficient, and most importantly, they understood that we were trying to make an appointment and did everything they could to get us safely back on the road as quickly as possible.
What could have been a really stressful situation ended up being such a positive experience because of how well we were treated. We made our appointment, and I was incredibly grateful for their help and kindness.

Pulled into Mavis Discount Tire with a flat tire, no backup plan, and the quiet rage of a man betrayed by a small piece of rubber.
The staff took one look at the situation and immediately began performing what I can only describe as automotive emergency surgery. Tools were deployed. Air compressors screamed. Somewhere in the distance, an eagle cried.
They found the leak, fixed the tire, and returned my vehicle to me without upselling me a new axle, catalytic converter, or second mortgage. All while I watched Ghost Rider on the 55" lobby TV. (Long Live Nic Cage)
I arrived as a stranded civilian. I left as a man with four functioning tires and a renewed faith in humanity.
Five stars. These people are heroes, and the nail responsible has been strategically placed back in the road for their next customer to find.
