The entire staff this week at Enterprise in Mineola were extremely helpful in picking me up and dropping me off and renting a car over the phone was a breeze! I highly recommend Enterprise!

Asst branch manager Michael Taylor has done an excellent job to create a great team. Every person I had interaction with was polite, professional and wanted to provide an excellent customer service environment. From top to bottom they are all in on this idea that the customer expects the best service possible. And they deliver. Would definitely go back.

Had a hiccup in the beginning with one of the vehicles making a popping noise when cruising above 20 mph but Fauz did a great job at rectifying the issue. It was quick 10 minute swap to a new vehicle. Otherwise, the driving experience was great and it's a great way to save money on uber rides if you are sightseeing the entire day on Long Island/New York, even with the prepaid gas plan (Got it for the peace of mind)

Mike at the Mineola Enterprise location is phenomenal! On Monday, September 14, 2026, my fiancé and I picked up a car we rented from the Mineola location. Upon arriving, it was quite busy with 3 to 4 other people ahead of us. There were only two employees working (of course, not their fault), and we were assisted by Mike. We were helped faster than expected, and throughout the waiting process, Mike and the other gentleman working assured each new customer that they were working as quickly as possible and thanked everyone for their patience. He was very friendly and professional. We received a Ford Edge, which was nice, but it ended up having some obvious transmission trouble early into the drive. With a 14-hour drive ahead of us, we didn’t feel comfortable keeping this specific vehicle. We called Mike, and he apologized for the inconvenience and advised us to go to the nearest Enterprise for our safety. We didn’t have any luck at the nearest Enterprise, and the others nearby didn’t have availability, so we reached back out to Mike. He told us that if we felt comfortable driving back over, he had put a Ford Escape that had just been returned on hold until we could make it there, so we would have a safe trip home. When we came back, he was extremely apologetic and was finishing up preparing the vehicle for us. After a short wait, the new vehicle was parked beside the Ford Edge we were returning so that we could move all our luggage over as smoothly as possible. We were back on the road in no time! His great attitude and willingness to help were very refreshing after a hectic morning.
