  my family and friends will NEVER use valvoline again. i took my truck to get an oil change and your tech stripped my plate that cover the oil reservoir and bolt. i had to take it to Toyota for them to get the bolts off and replace them. one of the bolts almost didn't get removed. that would have been a costly repair. I have pictures from toyota showing that the stripping was fresh and had to have just been done. up until this oil change i only took my truck to toyota because my oil changes were paid for with my extended warranty. i sat in my car at valvoline for 45 mins while the tech was under my car stripping the bolts. and then once he did that they informed me they couldn't get it off. apparently valvoline techs don't always have the right size tools to remove bolts and strip them. this was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. i am still contemplating reporting this to corporate. and before anyone claims my truck is old, it's a 2023 toyota tacoma that gets all services and is well taken care of. beware of valvoline.

  The staff was very accommodating. I came in for an oil change and asked to make an appointment for an inspection. They were able to do the inspection at the same time as the oil change since another customer had just cancelled their appointment when I arrived.

  Elijah...Shay...Mitchell and the rest of the team were very caring. courteous...generous and professional...with their skills...and informative...explaining as they performed their duties..and offered other services that were of concern and future value and savings towards our vehicles..A++ service all the way 100% satisfied and extremely and highly recommendable ....

  By far my best experience at Valvoline! Gavin, Corba, and Oliwashay provided amazing customer service. Even though they were understaffed and it was chilly outside, they stayed positive, professional, and welcoming. What really stood out was how respectfully they treated each other while working together and taking care of customers. These gentlemen deserve recognition for the service they provide and the pride they take in their work. Thank you all for a great experience!

  I arrived at Valvoline today knowing that my hood was stuck and that I was well overdue for an oil change. From the moment I arrived, the team at the Dolson location made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Gavin greeted me and immediately reminded me to stay safe by remaining inside my vehicle. EJ and Seji were very calm, patient, and communicative, advising me each time they needed to enter the vehicle. Julio helped make the experience lighthearted and fun, which I truly appreciated. All five associates—Julio, Seji, EJ, Gavin, and the rest of the team—were welcoming, patient, and willing to work together to help resolve the issue with my stuck hood. I really appreciated seeing everyone assist one another and work as a team to get the job done. I continue to return to the Dolson location because, in my experience, it is the best Valvoline location. I consistently receive stellar service every time I visit, and today was no exception. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation a positive experience! 10/10 Would recommend!!
