  The price quoted on the phone with the air was nearly $40 difference.will not use them again . Service representative was great but the price is outrageous

  I really did enjoy coming to this place , the staff is always welcoming and friendly and helpful and fast and efficient and have been coming here for years ! But I’m saddened that I won’t be returning since this is the second time that my oil pan protector shield has fallen off while Driving on 2 separate occasions and now I’m out of $200 from fixing the issue from both occurrences! I was told from the mechanic that fixed the shield for me that both times that it happened because it wasn’t properly installed and was missing bolts and the ones that were there were loose ! I let it go the first time since everyone makes mistakes but 2 times within a year and both times were 1 week after oil change and it isn’t acceptable. I feel I should be compensated since it’s clearly an issue on their end but I know these companies never take the fall and most likely will never hear back from them ! I’m truly saddened

  Collin the manager came up to my window and greeted me kindly. I asked for an appointment for my inspection and told him I needed it as soon as possible, because mine had expired. He did a thinking face and said he could do it right in that moment ! And I was the happiest person! Collin was amazing. Explained everything and was friendly. It was a good experience and so happy Collin helped me out. The best place with the best people :)

  Tom was extremely nice to deal with! The manager on for that day did NOT take into consideration that they were not busy and lined up my car in the first bay to go in and after sitting there for at least 10 minutes, another car pulled up and was lead into the bay that open up immediately. Not good for customer service and satisfaction. The manager was young and not very mature.

  I’ve been getting my oil changed here for the past few years and have always had good experiences. The staff is always super friendly and efficient. The wait time is usually minimal and the service time is always fast. Their additional service recommendations also feel genuine and I never feel pressured or anxious if declining.
