- SMSara McConnellOct 4, 20265.0We’ve taken our vehicles to valvoline on 211 in Middletown for years and years and they never try to upsell anything unnecessary, always upfront with their diagnostics, always good, fast, in and out service. And they’ve always been respectful to me as a woman! Highly recommend the guys over here.
- JCJessica ClarkOct 4, 20265.0Wonderful---and very quick---service! Everyone was kind and informative, walked me thru each step of the process (as this is a new vehicle for me). Easy, efficient, pleasant---overall this was a 10/10 experience!

- MKMehreen KhanSep 16, 20261.0I have never experienced such poor customer service from an automotive business. For the past two months, I have been trying to get my vehicle inspected, and I was repeatedly given misleading information about appointment availability. I drove to this location three separate times expecting to finally get my inspection completed, only to be turned away. The most disappointing part was the attitude from the manager. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, he was rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. He told me that they “don’t get paid” for inspections and therefore do not need to guarantee anything. That response was extremely unprofessional and not the way a customer should be treated. I understand that businesses can be busy, but customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and basic respect. After wasting my time and gas multiple times, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses the way customers are being treated.
