- LCLuisa Corral2 days ago1.0I want to share my experience with Valvoline in Middletown. I went in for a simple oil change, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. During the service, my dipstick was broken, and they also failed to properly screw the cover back onto the bottom of my car. This caused me a lot of stress and concern about the safety and condition of my vehicle. I trusted them to take care of my car professionally, and instead I left feeling frustrated and upset. I hope this encourages more care and accountability so no one else has to go through the same

Richie is a great manager, explained everything clearly and answered my questions. He offered some other services without being pushy, and didn’t give any attitude when I declined. You can tell he enjoys helping people, and made me feel comfortable and willing to return again. I didn’t think the prices were competitive compared to my dealership, but the convenience of not having an appointment and not having to wait over an hour in a showroom is totally worth it. It’s more comfortable just waiting in my car. Also they offer discounts for some people such as first responders, so be sure to ask. You guys have a great team, keep up the good work!
