  I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to look into an issue I was having with my car and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service. Definitely recommend!

  The worst cuatomer service, they offer you 57 service on the phone and then the office saids its 95 plus taxes.

  My own experience at monro service and tire center was great I was talking care of quickly I only waited about five minutes they took my car and did the inspection and it was all done within 20 minutes 30 minutes the most.

  Id give 0 stars if i could. I definitely Won't be going there again. I called before hand told them it was a 10" tire. Guy on the phone said be here at 1pm. Brought it in the guy tried for maybe 5 minutes to get it to set and just said he cant do it. Mind you im willing to pay. If you cant put a 10" tire on a rim how do you call yourself a tire repair store? he didn't use any sealer . Im sorry he did put a little spot of bead sealer but he didn't apply all around both sides. I mean when someone comes in with a car and u have a hard time getting the bead to set do you just try for 5 minutes and say EH I cant do this? Unfortunately I dont have the sealer or air compressor to get it to set but if I had the proper tools id 1000% be able to get this tire on the rim. Why someone who is in the tire repair industry CANT do it is just mind-blowing to me .
