  I had a great experience at Middletown Mazda. No pressure, no shady sales tactics. 100% transparency from the team. I highly recommend Ralvie, Great salesman. Nicole in finance is awesome. Middletown Mazda Volkswagen must be awarded 2026 dealership of the Year award. Shop Mazda you won’t regret it. Come here and experience it for yourself.

  Update (April 30, 2026): I followed the dealership’s own recommendation and contacted General Manager Jim Gallagher. I also forwarded him the detailed complaint I sent directly to Mazda CEO Tom Donnelly. As of today, I have received zero response from Mr. Gallagher or anyone else at Middletown Mazda. The core issue remains Service Manager Jeff Neckers providing false information to Mazda Customer Experience about my service visit. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in both this dealership and the Mazda brand. I will not be returning. --------------------------------- Service Department Dishonesty & Warranty Runaround – Do Not Recommend Brought my 2024 Mazda CX-50 to Middletown Mazda on March 27, 2026, for the second time with the exact same issue: front parking sensor popped out due to broken tabs. The first time it was properly repaired under warranty. This visit was a complete mess: - They told me the warranty claim was already denied. - I asked about leaving the car for further warranty investigation (like the first time) but was never given that option. - The only choices I was given were: let them glue/bond the broken tabs (described as temporary) or pay to reassemble the bumper and return later for a second full labor charge once they order the proper bracket replacement. (But still not under warranty and at my cost) I paid $472.97 for the quick glue fix and NYS emissions inspection. Now Service Manager Jeff Neckers is telling Mazda Customer Experience a completely different story — claiming that I refused to wait for warranty approval and chose to pay out of pocket. They’re also now calling the glue job a “permanent fix,” which is the opposite of what they told me that day. Their own service paperwork only says “broken tabs” and “resecured sensors” — zero mention of me refusing anything. This is straight-up misrepresentation to corporate. Extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty from management. The service department clearly tried to avoid doing the warranty work properly and is now lying to cover it. Even Mazda customer experience at the corporate level recommended a different dealership, so that says something. I will never return to Middletown Mazda for service. Find another dealer.

  Byron our salesman was very knowledgeable about the cx-50 we were looking at which was great because salesmen at other dealerships weren’t very knowledgeable about their vehicles. The buying experience at Middletown Mazda was an absolute pleasure and Byron was a big part of it

  We were searching for a 2026 Mazda CX-30 Aire Edition in Crystal Blue with a firm maximum out-the-door price, and reached out to multiple dealerships across MA, CT, and NY. Unfortunately, many played pricing games, and one dealership even tried a bait-and-switch—refusing to honor a price that had been quoted via email and confirmed by phone. Middletown Mazda was completely different. Joseph immediately confirmed he could meet our price. I was skeptical and asked directly about hidden fees or gimmicks, and he assured me there were none. He delivered exactly as promised. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and refreshingly smooth. Buying a car is usually stressful—this was not. Highly recommend working with Joseph and the team at Middletown Mazda. And…this review is not a gimmick or AI, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. 🙏
