Outstanding customer service.
Tonight I hit a massive pothole on Route 17 that cracked my rim and completely blew out my tire. I was stranded and facing a long drive home when I made it to Mavis Store #129 in Middletown.
What impressed me most was that the store was supposed to close at 8:30 PM, yet at 9:30 PM the team was still there working hard to help me. They could have easily told me to come back tomorrow, but instead they stayed late and did everything they could to get me safely back on the road.
In today’s world, it’s rare to find people willing to go the extra mile for a customer. These guys did exactly that. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about helping someone in a difficult situation.
Thank you to the entire team at Store #129 for your dedication and willingness to stay late when you didn’t have to. You turned a stressful night into a manageable one, and you’ve earned both my respect and my future business.
