Initially had an issue with making an appointment based on one system saying my tires would be in for install on a Sunday. On the back end, Mavis wasn’t getting the tires till Monday. So when I showed up for my appointment, the tires were not there. After making a complaint, the issue was quickly handled and resolved. I spoke with Rob who was beyond helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Very happy with the way they handled the situation. Extremely professional and unhelpful. Got me right in.

I called Mavis on route 211 in Middletown, and Keith /manager was very understanding, and apologetic, of my frustration, with a recent bad experience at another Mavis location. He scheduled me in for the same day, and installed my 4 new tires as promised, by 5 pm pick up. He even offered me a discount on total tire cost, saving me $40 per tire as a peace offering to Mr give Mavis another try.

Came too Mavis with my 2004 gmc 2500hd for oil change, not only did they do the work correctly but they informed me I had rear wheel spacers in the rear wheels I had no idea bc I just baught the truck! Great shop very professional will definitely come here again!
