  I want to really thank Jalen for going out of his way to make my experience renting with enterprise so much better! With An experience that initially started out poorly Jalen was able to quickly jump in and change A poor experience into a good one and get me into a new vehicle that met my wants and needs during a busy time!

  In my experience, the top thing about Enterprise is its people. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and are willing to extend themselves to help out customers. In this case, my primary contact was with Lucy, although I also dealt with an intern who drive me from the body shop. (She had long light brown hair.) When I texted Lucy that I found the first car (a perfectly adequate Altima) to be uncomfortable. She immediately offered to have me swap the car for a Chevrolet TrailBlazer. I took her up on the offer and did swap cars. Both cars worked perfectly throughout the rental, but it was the people like Lucy who made this rental memorable.

  The assistant manager, Jordan, made my life so much easier when renting a car. I highly recommend him. Really smart, nice, and charming fella who will have your best interest. 5/5!

  My husband picked up his rental from the Middletown location the car was so dirty on the inside it has orange residue on the dashboard and had a weird odor to it sitting in that car we felt itchy and disgusting they could have cleaned it before handing it over beyond disgusting and disappointing

  Great service always! Jordan exceeds my expectations every time. He is Litteraly the reason why I continue to go back. However everyone is very friendly he is just the person who always happens to check me in and out. Very knowledgeable, patient and just everything you look for when you walk into a business from the time you step in the door untill you walk out. Please give him a raise he deserves it😊.. He is literally that good. I don’t leave reviews but I had to leave this because I’m just so pleased with the service. Also this is the Middletown location on 211!
