- CAChris Ali4 days ago5.0Had 2 minivans serviced here. Changes motor mounts, end links, control arms, radiator. The management office is very customer service focused. If you go there for service, ask for Jimmy
- DCDiane Curtis6 days ago1.0The so called new owner needs to learn how to treat people.
- KMKeri MOct 8, 20265.0I will never go anywhere else again. Isabel and her staff at Dail Transmission are hands down the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop, and I have been to plenty that were awful. I had a horrible situation with a car purchased from Carvana and Isabel was so patient, kind, communicative, and transparent with me. I needed a whole new transmission, and she walked me through every step and answered all my questions and concerns patiently. Although the warranty company took 19 days to go through the process, Isabel had my transmission installed and completed in ONE DAY!! She also checked everything else I was paranoid about without brushing me off like I was crazy. I highly recommend Dail Transmission and the owner Isabel. I drive 40 minutes just to use her shop. Kindness, patience and consideration is not the usual at mechanic shops in my experience - but Isabel does all 3 with grace and a smile. Now I go there for all of my car needs.
