I had an engine light on my 2019 ram pickup. An employee by the name of Frantz who was busy ringing people up and also had 2 other customers who needed their batteries checked was composed. He came out and took care of all 3 of us. This is not my first experience with him. Last time I bought a windshield wiper and he came out and promptly put it in. This guy is a keeper I wish I had an employee like him

Delvac Oil and brake cleaner are posted on sale. I have a corporate account and pay at the corporate desk and leave the store. Three minutes later I check the receipt and both items are at normal selling price, and NOT the sale price posted. I return to the corporate desk and the gentleman attempts to explain to me that corporate sales and DIY sales are different from each other with separte pricing. He will not refund the difference that he overcharged me by, he will not process a refund of the items so that I buy the same items at the same time at the DIY counter in the same store for less money. Finally, he yells across the store from his corner to tell the next employee not to process a refund for me. All this drama for $5.00. What an idiot he is, and what an idiot I am if I ever go there again. There are plenty of other stores to go to that won't hassle you.
