- DDDominica DrazalJul 31, 20261.0The back left tire exploded without warning on the highway. We spent over three hours stranded on the highway near a dangerous part of town. Each customer service person asked us to RE EXPLAIN the situation and would either transfer us to another colleague of hangup. There was no replacement tire provided so we were totally stranded when they finally sent the highway service person. One hour more of pleading on the phone resulted in a tow truck being sent. The enterprise customer service said they would also send an Uber to pick us up to take us to another Enterprise location for a new car. Uber will NOT stop on the highway so luckily the tow truck took pity on us and allowed us to squeeze into his car. He said “it is so dangerous here that I cannot leave you in good conscience.” No apology. No resolution. Just leaving us in a dangerous and vulnerable situation. I would leave negative stars if possible. NONSENSE REPLY BELOW FROM ENTERPRISE AS THIS LINK JUST BRINGS ME BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
