  I got an oil change there today, which was fine no complaints. But the mechanic said they “tested my Freon levels” and said they were running low. They said it would be $399 for new Freon. Afterwards I went to Nissan 112 where I purchased my 2021 Sentra SR and the service center told me they actually can’t accurately test Freon for my car which has a closed system. Also they told me they needed to replace my oil plug gasket which I have never been told before in my years of having my car. Overall the workers there were nice, but I just don’t appreciate trying to be up charged for something that isn’t even wrong.

  Having been coming to the Medford location for years for oil changes and NYS inspections on 2 vehicles. Recently tried to get an inspection along with an oil change and some other general maintenance, 3 times there was an excuse why they could not do the NYS inspection, told to come back early the next morning when they opened. When I got there told me they were too busy and couldn't do the inspection. Was not that busy. Went to Jiffy Lube down the road, much friendlier and more helpful. Valvoline lost a customer.

  The service technicians are courteous, professional, and explain what is needed or recommended without any pressure or hassling. they are very accommodating and will let you know how long the wait will be if there is any at all.
